EastEnders Spoilers: Alfie Moon Is Getting Married With Whom?

EastEnders:Alfie Moon (Shane Richie)EastEnders spoilers, news, and updates tease that Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) is getting married. This comes as a surprise because there hasn’t been any clue that he’s been engaged since he returned to town.

Spoilers reveal that a mysterious young, Megan, suddenly appears in Walford to inform Alfie that he’s getting married the next morning. The news leaves Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) stunned and speechless. She feels that Alfie has lied to her, and she needs some good explanation.

Alfie has been trying to win his ex-wife back, convincing her not to marry Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden). But then, his secret from his time away from Walford looks like it’s going to mess things up.

EastEnders  – Alfie Moon To Reveal His Bride-To-Be

Alfie has to clear up quickly that Megan isn’t his fiancée. He’s marrying another woman, and Kat is surprised that he’s been hiding his wedding from her. So, Alfie agrees to allow Kat to meet his bride-to-be.

However, things might not go according to plan and will take an unexpected turn. EastEnders spoilers tease that Kat will make a discovery not long before the wedding preparations are in full swing. Kat will also be pushing Alfie to make things right about the mess he’s made.

So, what is really going on? Who is this mysterious bride-to-be, and what mistakes did Alfie make when he was away?

EastEnders viewers will have to wait until next week for the big revelations!

EastEnders – Why Did Alfie Moon Leave Walford Before?

Alfie had had a series of misfortunate events, but the latest reason he left was that he was in massive debt with the bank. He borrowed money from Phil and then fled. Although he left the money in a wardrobe for Kat, he didn’t return for a while until Kat’s wedding with Phil.

He’s been trying to win her back since he returned, and although he hasn’t succeeded, it looks like we’re seeing more of the Alfie as the character plans to stick around Walford.

In an interview with Mirror, Shane Richie revealed that during a meeting with the EastEnders boss, Chris Clenshaw, they told him that they want to bring the old Alfie back “because over the years there’s been all very different Alfies, and my favourite Alfie is from 2002 to 2005, look it up. That’s the Alfie we have got back.”

“The guy who looked after Nana Moon, who wore his heart on his sleeve, who tries to make light of everything through his own innocence and naivety and still gets it wrong,” he shared.
