Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) and Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) cast some furtive glances at each other at the Salem PD. This was during the transition when Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) was released on bail and her mother Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) was arrested; is Trask taking bribes from Sloan?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Both Want The Win

It’s plain to see that both Trask and Sloan are out for the win – it seemed like a pretty slick trick in a prisoner swap game. No sooner did Belle Brady (Martha Madison) announce she had won over Trask in getting Chanel her bail, Trask gloated about Paulina’s arrest and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) arrested her! But the way Sloan and Trask looked at each other at that moment, somehow it seemed like something had gone according to plan.

At first Sloan was insistent on Paulina paying her blackmail and then she wasn’t-maybe Trask settled for another form of payment for her bribes? It’s beginning to sound more and more like it’s less and less about justice and more and more about takedowns and revenge.

DOOL Spoilers – Two Ambitious Women

Sloan and Trask are two very ambitious women, but it’s surprising that a district attorney would have any respect for Sloan, who has the reputation of being an ambulance chaser. Both are hungry for wins, but they do have something else in common – deep grief and anger, Sloan, for her mother, and Trask, for her daughter. But neither seem like they have a whole lot of compassion for anyone, and they seem to be ambition and money driven. To add to Sloan’s anger and grief, her father drank himself to death, guilty over her mother’s death-not to say the cheater didn’t have any responsibility for it. All in all, neither Sloan nor Trask engender much if any sympathy for their individual situations and Trask gets a bigger star on her report card for taking down a governor-elect.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – More Than Meets The Eye?

There’s still a possibility other than Sloan possibly bribing Trask that there’s more than meets the eye in this scenario. Paulina may not be able to take office as governor, and as for Abe Carver, (James Reynolds) he’s being pressured to step down as mayor. What if there’s a sore loser in the game of politics who wants to take the governor’s office by default, or who wants to push some special interest in Salem?

There could be a third player in this game who wants to pull some serious strings and Abe and Paulina might be in their way. That could also be the financier that’s paying the bribes to Trask, and maybe Sloan as well-Sloan sure isn’t working much.
