General Hospital Spoilers: Anna Panics – Robert Determined To Bring Peter Down

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Anna DeVane (Finola Hughes) remains confident that her decision to protect her son Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is the right decision. But her fiancé Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) knows that Anna has evidence that could tie Peter to the attempted murder of Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).

Anna removed the incriminating information from the Port Charles Police Department’s files. This information basically proved that Peter knew the gunman who attempted the murder. Both men worked for a company called Eurotek at the same time. Of course, this doesn’t prove that Peter hired the gunman, although viewers know he did. Anna remains convinced that Peter didn’t hire the man to kill Andre and Franco.

GH Spoilers – Sam McCall and Jason Morgan are on the case

Samantha McCall recently cornered Finn and practically ordered him to tell her what he knows. Sam is desperate to bring Peter down because of the agreement she and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) made with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Robert agreed to get Sam a less strict parole officer that would allow her to see Jason if they got the goods on Peter. Finn was tempted, but instead went back to Anna and told her this information.

Anna truly believes that Peter has put his criminal past behind him, but the truth is that he is the one who called for the hit on Andre and Franco. He later changed his mind and stopped the gunman himself, and the gunman died as a result. Peter came off as a hero, but he is far from that. But Anna refuses to see what’s in front of her. And with Robert, Sam and Jason all motivated to take Peter down, it’s only a matter of time before they find some sort of proof.

GH Spoilers – Peter August’s actions caused the apparent death of Drew Cain

Peter was also responsible for Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) plane going down. As much as Peter would like to put his past behind him, his actions to cover up those crimes as just as bad, if not worse, than what he is attempting to cover up. Drew’s daughter Scout will now have to grow up without her father because of Peter. And he has never paid for holding Jason prisoner for 5 years, Anna will need to let go and let justice take its the course.

Finn has been trying to tell his this for a while now. But with Robert and the other so determined, it’s only a matter of time before she gets caught protecting Peter, putting her credibility and her own ethical lines at risk!
