‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sonny’s Birthday – Anna Denied Bail, Andre Rushes to Help – Tracy Wants Finn to Stay – Ned and Olivia See Sparks

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for Thursday, April 21 reveal that Sonny gets a cupcake, Tracy wants Finn to stay, Olivia and Ned have a face-to-face, and Anna gets some much-needed help with her legal dilemma. Here’s what to expect on tomorrow’s GH episode.

Looks like Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] is celebrating his birthday with Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] but will he wish for justice for Duke Lavery [Ian Buchanan] when he blows out the candle on his cupcake?

Word is spreading about Anna Devane’s [Finola Hughes] arrest and Andre Maddox [Anthony Montgomery] is shocked to learn about it from Jordan Ashford [Vinessa Antoine]. Meanwhile, a smug Paul Hornsby [Richard Burgi] comes by to gloat to Anna.

Paul tells her that she won’t be getting bail – is it because she’s a flight risk? Andre goes into doctor mode – will he give Anna a psych evaluation to see if she’s fit to stand trial? Is Andre already thinking how to save his friend Anna from life behind bars?

Julian Jerome [William deVry] tries to get Alexis Davis [Nancy Lee Grahn] to talk about Carlos Rivera’s [Jeffrey V Parise] case but Alexis shuts that down in a heartbeat. Later, Alexis runs into birthday boy Sonny who tells Alexis she needs to stay out of Julian’s mess with Carlos.

Alexis won’t like that and Sonny’s warning should fall on deaf ears. Does Sonny assume that Alexis is crossing lines while representing Carlos but watching out for Julian’s best interests? Julian won’t like Sonny talking to his woman like that if Alexis tells him about this.

Dr Hamilton Finn [Michael Easton] comes to see Tracy Quartermaine [Jane Elliot] to tell her he’s got to leave. Tracy isn’t having this – she wants him to stay. Looks like Dr Obrecht [Kathleen Gati] won’t get what she wants after she gives Monica Quartermaine [Leslie Charleson] an idea.

Ned Ashton [Wally Kurth] wonders if his mom Tracy’s nice act is just a front and runs into Olivia Falconeri [Lisa LoCicero] who is very happy to see him. Ned is pleased to discover that Olivia and Julian are co-parenting little Leo happily. Are sparks flying?
