Brandy Norwood stars as Zoe Moon in the new BET comedy. “Zoe Ever After” follows the character – a newly single mom – as she steps out of the shadow of her famous boxer ex-husband. According to Soaps In Depth – October 18 through October 23 – Serricchio is currently filming in Atlanta. He will portray Miguel – who is described as a sexy handyman. “Zoe Ever After” is set for a January 2016 premiere.

Ignacio has portrayed a handyman before. He was Alfredo, Dr. Lisa Cuddy’s sick handyman – on “House, M.D.” in the season two episode titled “Humpty Dumpty.” Other roles the talented actor has landed since leaving “Y&R” include medic Tommy Cole on the second season of the Lifetime Network’s “Witches of East End” and in the movie 2015 “The Wedding Ringer” as Edmundo “Dirty Eddie” Sanchez.

Who knows what is next for Ignacio Serricchio? He seems to have kept very busy since exiting his role as Detective Chavez on “The Young and the Restless.” And since Diego Alcazar was killed off on “General Hospital” fans probably won’t see Ignacio come back to Port Charles during the five family’s mob war negotiations.

The talented actor studied for a time at Loyola Marymount University and graduated from Syracuse University where he studied drama. Be on the lookout for him when he debuts as Miguel the sexy handyman on “Zoe Ever After” – maybe he’ll turn out to be Zoe’s love interest. Will you be watching?
