Big Brother, Season 28, Week 8 Update: New HoH & Veto Changes Everything For The Icons

Big Brother’s Season 28 continues to roll on. With the Medieval twist behind everyone, Week 8 may have started a little later than usual, but a new Head of Household (HoH) was crowned, new nominees have been put in place, plus we have Power of Veto (PoV) news, too! Read on to learn more about what’s happening in the Big Brother household!

New Head of Household

As per the Big Brother Network, Drew became the new HoH, and as per his allegiance to the icons, he decided to put Yash, LaLa, and Taylor on the block.

Still, with Yash being a powerhouse at competitions, he scored a win at the PoV competition.

So, Drew was faced with a dilemma about who to put on the block, as he didn’t want to have to place Melody there.

According to the Big Brother Network, there was a chat between Angela, Drew, Deven, and Barrett, where Deven offered to go up.

Still, he noted that if anyone backdoored him, they wouldn’t be getting votes from the Crossover alliance if he ended up in the jury. Drew also contemplated placing Dee on the block. After all, she’s placed him up there before?

Eviction on Thursday, September 3

Still, after some days of chat, Drew decided to take Devens up on his offer and place him on the block.

After all, Devens avoided this for the first seven weeks of Big Brother, so it was time. With that said, if anyone does double-cross him and he goes to the jury house, there will be heck to pay!

Still, it’s important to note that Barrett did have a chat with LaLa Sunday afternoon, swaying him to vote with them (Taylor, Yash, and Melody) against the Icons. They’d have the numbers if he did this, so it’ll be interesting to see what happens.

During the PoV ceremony, Yash took himself off the block, and Devens replaced him.
