Bethenny Frankel Reveals Health Scare As Doctors Discuss Drastic Option

The reel where she delivered the news arrived on Instagram and she talked about it while she was putting on her makeup. She said that she went for a biopsy and explained she started “a high-end medical service,” and apparently, someone misdiagnosed her with “chronic kidney disease.”

It turned out to be something else entirely. Bethenny Frankel explained they “did a bunch of tests.” They included genetic tests and blood tests. After that, the RHONY alum was told “you are 98 percent risk for breast cancer.”

E! News confirmed that Bethenny felt shocked because the person in the medical field recommended drastic action. The outlet cited her as saying, “The woman said, ‘I would just get a double mastectomy because I would want to be sure.’ I was like a stunned deer, looking at her like, ‘Um, OK.'”

Waiting For A Bit

She’s not rushing off to get the procedure done because she wants to think on it after a “women’s health specialist” told her “we’re gonna just be on top of this and get all the tests you need to get.”

Additionally, she was reassured that a double mastectomy isn’t something that she needs “right now.”

Next Bethenny described how she had to have a special “MRI,” where she had to put her “face down” with her “boobs in the thing” for 30 minutes. Next, she “had an ultrasound.”

A Biopsy

That turned up something suspicious, so they recommended that she “gets a biopsy.” But first she went for yet another mammogram.

She described it as feeling “trapped.” Anyway it seemed a bit confusing because after that the medical professionals said they couldn’t find what they had previously spotted.

The next step is another MRI in six months’ time.

When she aired her reel, plenty of Real Housewives of New York City fans turned out to give her some advice. One person said in the comments on Instagram, “Never do a biopsy. When they biopsy that cyst/mass that’s when the infection/ cancer spreads. Do thermography scan and do parasite cleanse.”

It should be noted that medical science doesn’t back up that theory.
