The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease that Eric Braeden offers some advice to all those who are struggling in life. The actor admitted that people need help sometimes.

Braeden’s character, Victor Newman, often goes through a lot of problems, mostly because of his own doing. But for the actor, things are a lot different in real life. It’s more complicated. The world is nearly two years in on the covid-19 pandemic and people across the globe continue to struggle with the effects of the pandemic. Come to think of it, dealing with Ashland’s lies is nothing compared to what real people are going through right now.

People get help in different forms. Some go to therapies, others hang out with friends and family, while others watch daytime dramas, movies, or other TV series that help them relax.

Braeden has his own way of coping with stress. When a fan asked about what he thinks about life coaches, the actor was quick to respond.

“Well…. If it helps…my solution is a good workout or long walk,” the actor responded to the question.

The actor isn’t discouraging his followers from seeking professional help. He made it clear that exercising is just one of the many tools that people can use to destress.

He’ll tell her about a former doctor at the Peruvian clinic who admitted on video for Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) that he falsified Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) medical information. Nikki will doubt the doctor’s story that Ashland never had cancer. But Victor seems to be pretty convinced given that Michael appears to be sure of what he found out.
