GH Spoilers: Ava Runs To Austin With Concerns Nikolas Is Very Much Alive

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) is worried sick that Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) is going to be able to do some serious damage if his loose lips run away with tales of how he found Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) barely clinging to life on Spoon Island.

It wouldn’t take much for the PCPD to put things together is Mason attested to having found Nikolas nearly dead in the stable tack room where Ava left him since Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and his team of officers found plenty of evidence that Nikolas had been there and there may have been foul play involved.

When Ava goes to Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) with her concerns about his cousin, will he be able to help?

General Hospital Spoilers — Mason Gatlin Taunts Ava Jerome Cassadine

Mason is still lingering in Port Charles and waiting for the perfect time to approach Ava. When he does, it’s going to be with the intention of making sure she knows she has lost control of her own life. Whatever happens to her now is up to Mason, and that extends to her daughter, Avery Corinthos (Grace Scarola), too.

Ava obviously can’t run to Avery’s father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about Mason or she’d have to tell him what she did to get herself into such trouble. She’s not ready for that; so for now, she may have to settle for Austin’s help instead of Sonny’s.

Austin has been under Mason’s watch for years, and he’s had to do some of his bidding to keep a lid on Mason’s mouth about his own bad deeds, too. Austin is no saint, and while he’s not likely to confide in Ava about what he’s done that Mason knows about, we know his reputation in Port Charles alone isn’t spotless.

Austin’s best advice could be that Ava buy herself time by complying with whatever Mason demands of her. That’s going to go against Ava’s very nature though; she’s nobody’s stooge.

When Ava makes it clear to Austin that she’s not going to stop bothering him until he helps her get out of this mess, he’ll feel somewhat obligated to step in anyway. After all, Mason is his family, like it or not. What could Ava and Austin possibly do to get Mason off their backs apart from taking him out themselves?

If they do that, they’ll most certainly pay a steep consequence from the elusive boss lady employing Mason and ordering him around. It may be time for Austin to bring Ava up to speed about who Mason works for and why they would want Nikolas’ body. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
