Upcoming scenes hint that Mick will return to Albert Square. He gets back home after his trip to France to visit his niece. Upon his return, Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks) will try to stop Linda from moving forward with her plans to have a karaoke night at the pub.

When Mick returns to The Vic, Janine sets up the entertainment night that was previously planned. But she’s left regretting her decision when she sees Mick join Linda and the pair sing a song together. The spark between the two is very obvious. How will Janine take it? Does this mean Mick and Linda have a chance of getting back together in the future?

EastEnders Spoilers – Kelly Bright Says Linda Carter Isn’t Going Anywhere

In a previous interview, Kelly Bright said that her character Linda isn’t going anywhere. She made it clear that she’s not leaving the soap, unlike Danny Dyer. What does this mean for Mick and Linda’s future?

“I’m happy to stay at the moment although I am obviously sad to see Danny go,” Bright said during an interview back in June.

“Hand on heart. I don’t have a clue what the show has planned for Linda after Mick has gone – I haven’t asked and feel as if I can’t quite go there yet,” the actress explained.

“I want to enjoy the rest of my time here with Danny and we’re so busy. I don’t feel the need to look that far ahead yet,” she continued.

EastEnders Spoilers – Danny Dyer’s Exit

Danny Dyer confirmed that he’s leaving EastEnders back in January after nine long years of playing the role of Mick Carter. The landlord of Queen Vic will be bowing out of the soap, but fans are still in the dark as to the manner of the character’s exit.

When asked when his exit would be, the actor hinted that maybe it’d be at Christmas. The actor also made it clear that he didn’t decide between leaving the show lightly. When asked if his character would be killed off, the actor simply teased that his alter ego may or may not be killed off. But what’s important for him is for Mick to go out in “a huge, epic way.”
