Y&R Spoilers: Adam’s Truce – Unexpectedly Blindsided By Billy?

The Young And The Restless: Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of December 13 reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) calls an unexpected truce. Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has given Adam a lot to think about, so could this truce be in regards to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)? If so, can Billy really let go of the hatred and move on with his life?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott’s Self-Destruction Act

Y&R spoilers reveal that Billy is putting on an act for pretty much everyone with the exception of Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Billy is making sure that certain people see him drinking heavily in the morning. However, it’s not alcohol that Billy is drinking, but club soda. Billy is also making it seem as if he’s spiraling down because he knows that is exactly what everyone expects.

Billy’s battle plan is that if everyone thinks he’s back to drinking and gambling, then they won’t view him as a threat. Then, he can blindside every single one of them.

Y&R Spoilers – Sally Spectra’s Concern

When Sally saw Billy drinking, she tried to ask him if he was really going to be okay. Despite Sally’s past and her working for Adam, she really did seem concerned. Billy put on an act for her knowing that she would run straight to Adam. Sally did as expected, but she seems to be feeling some empathy for Billy.

Lily overheard Adam asking Sally to spy, which she didn’t seem too eager to do. Sally asked questions about why Adam went after Billy so hard. Sally’s questions seem to have made Adam think a bit about his focus. Lily told Billy about what she overheard, but omitted the part where Sally was questioning Adam’s actions.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman’s Unexpected Truce

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Lily’s actions are understandable since everyone has learned not to trust Sally. However, it is interesting that Lily only told Billy the parts that would get him riled up – not that Sally wasn’t on board with Adam’s plan. Lily claims she wants Billy to stop reacting impulsively, but her actions don’t match her words. Lily only told him the parts of the conversation that would guarantee an extreme reaction.

During the week of December 13, Adam might be thinking about all of Sally’s questions. Adam might also see Billy’s fake downward spiral and actually feel bad. It is teased that Adam calls an unexpected truce. While Adam might really mean it, Billy’s hatred runs too deep.

Y&R Spoilers – Blindsided By Betrayal?

Billy might tell Adam that he agrees with calling a truce. However, knowing Billy, he plans on using it to completely blindside his enemies. At the end of the day, who will really lose in this situation? Will it be Adam or could Billy’s plan backfire? Plus, how does Sally fit into all of this? Could she switch sides and try to help Billy after seeing Adam go too far?
