The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers tease that Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) will offer Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) comfort and support in her time of need, when she gets her deadly diagnosis in an upcoming episode of The Bold and The Beautiful!

B&B Spoilers: Sally Spectra Has Been Having Symptoms That Could Indicate A Brain Tumor

Sally’s symptoms, at least some of them, could indicate a brain tumor, especially the headaches, and depending on which part of the brain it is in, could also account for the panic attacks and shakiness. She finally did go to the doctor to get checked out, and Katie happened to be getting a checkup in the same clinic the same day and Katie offered her support and to wait with Sally when the doctor brought back her results. Katie has suffered from terminal conditions before, once with kidney failure requiring a transplant and once with needing a heart transplant after being shot – she even died on the operating table once and came back.

She dealt with heart failure after forgetting to take her anti-rejection medicine when she got the heart transplant too. Katie is the perfect person to encourage Sally to fight for life and to comfort and support her – no one can encourage someone better than someone who’s been there! However, Katie’s conditions were terminal with conditions – if she didn’t get transplants, not terminal, period, like Sally’s condition will be. It sounds like Sally’s diagnosis may be an inoperable brain tumor.

Sally Spectra will get a devastating diagnosis; not only will her diagnosis be terminal, she will only be given one month to live! Katie will root for her, knowing what a fighter she is, but Sally may be tired of fighting. Katie will offer her hugs, comfort, and support when she gets her deadly diagnosis, but she will also encourage her to tell her loved ones – especially her fiancé Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks)!

In spite of his kinda-sorta-breaking-up with her and telling her he still loved Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) he really hasn’t officially broken off their engagement! She will hope that Wyatt will be able to give Sally some hope and a will to live, something to live for, but Sally will maintain that she doesn’t want anyone else to know because she doesn’t want them feeling sorry for her – especially not Wyatt, who Katie feels that really should know. As long as he hasn’t officially broken up with Sally, Katie feels he has the right to know that his girlfriend, although he has been back and forth with her, is dying and there isn’t much time to make things right with her and Katie thinks Wyatt may be the only one who can inspire her to fight for her life. Anyone who has ever had a loved one with a terminal disease knows that once a patient loses the will to live and refuses to fight, death only comes quicker and more inevitably!
