General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) may have had enough of the entire Spencer clan. GH fans have watched Valentin battle Lulu Spencer-Falconeri (Emme Rylan) for some time. Now, they’ve also seen Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) making snide remarks and trying to throw her weight around. Should Valentin gain sole custody of Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), Valentin just might get nasty.
General Hospital Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine’s A Doting Father
There is no question in the minds of many GH fans that Valentin loves Charlotte. In fact, outside of Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Charlotte may be the only person on planet Earth that Valentin does love. He would give Charlotte absolutely anything. Valentin would give Charlotte the sun and the moon if he could. All that’s been made clear recently when viewers watched Lulu have a conversation with her bestie, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). During that convo, Lulu screeched about the fact that Valentin had given Charlotte access to one of his credit cards with no limit placed on it!
Now, that might have been a simple ploy to buy Charlotte’s love, but some argue Valentin had that already. The bottom line is that everyone, including Maxie, knows that Valentin loves Charlotte and that she loves him back. In terms of what’s best for a child, isn’t being with a parent that loves and cares for that child a good thing? (Regardless of whether the kid is uber spoiled or not?)
GH Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine Has Plenty Of Dirt On Lulu Spencer-Falconeri
GH fans know that Valentin’s been making overtures of peace toward Lulu. It’s obviously better for the child if both parents have an amicable relationship and parenting arrangement. However, so far, GH viewers have seen Lulu throw Valentin’s efforts straight back in his face. Eventually, Valentin’s going to tire of trying to play nice. When someone holds out his or her hand with an olive branch in it the way Valentin has, and the other party punches them in the face repeatedly the way Lulu has, eventually war is going to break out.
Now, should that happen, GH fans know that Valentin has a lot of resources at his disposal. He’s got video of Lulu behaving badly, getting into knock-down drag-out fights with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and more. With that in mind, some viewers believe Valentin’s chances in family court are actually good.
General Hospital Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine Goes All Out for Revenge
In some ways, it’s not reasonable to believe that Valentin would desire vengeance if he wins sole custody of Charlotte. Just winning might be enough. Seeing Lulu and her family’s dejected faces as they walk out of the courthouse as losers might be the only satisfaction that Valentin needs. On the other hand, it may also depend on just how nasty Lulu and Laura might get before their court date.

Valentin knows all about Laura’s own past and how much of an absentee mother she was to Lulu. And, wasn’t Lulu simply an egg donor to begin with? Yet both women are acting so very holier than thou toward Valentin? Their attitudes might actually be enough to infuriate Valentin to the point that even if he wins custody it won’t satisfy his need to stick it to the Spencers. Valentin seems quite able to carry a grudge with the best of them!
As to what form that revenge might take, well … might Valentin find a way to influence Peter August (Wes Ramsey) to fire Lulu from her position as a journalist at The Invader? There’s a lot of different ways in which Valentin could make life difficult for Lulu and Laura.
GH fans might agree that it just may be in Lulu’s interest to negotiate in good faith while she still can.
