However, we previously wrote about Sonny not being anywhere in the winter promo. We speculated that might have to do with the actor recently moving to Florida.

In the winter promo, Will is reconnecting with this family and friends. Will and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) had some conflict because of Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) manipulating the adoption. However, that is all water under the bridge now. In the video clip, Will hugs Allie, and she seems really excited to see her big brother.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that actor Freddie Smith uploaded a new episode of “The Freddie and Alyssa Show.” Posted on their YouTube channel, Smith answers the question whether Sonny will be coming back or not. We are sorry to report that Sonny will not be joining Will in Salem this Christmas.

DOOL Spoilers – Freddie Smith Explains

The actor explained that he did get a phone call asking him to come back. However, it was for only one episode and he just relocated to Florida. So, he had to say no this time. Now, that doesn’t mean he won’t ever come back. But he had just moved and has so many other projects under his belt. Plus, for just one episode, it probably wasn’t worth the long trip from Florida all the way back to California.
