Genmeral Hospital SPoilers: Nikolas Cassdaine (Tyler Christopher)

Since his departure from “Days of Our Lives” as Stefan DiMera, Tyler Christopher has kept himself busy with different projects. Back in March, when he was about to make his final appearance as Stefan DiMera on “Days of Our Lives,” he divulged that he’s started producing and was working on independent films. During that time, he can only give out minimal information. But now, he’s ready to tell more, via Soap Opera News.

Christopher is happy with his “new” hat, new business venture, and future projects including this return to “General Hospital.” Last March, Christopher’s new sci-fi thriller titled “F.R.E.I” was released on Netflix. He also said he was cast in a new movie titled, “Max Winslow and the House of Secrets.”

That time, things were kept under wraps, so he wasn’t able to provide that much information. But now, it’s been known that the film centers on five teenagers who compete against a supercomputer, Haven, in order to win a mansion that’s owned by an entrepreneur and scientist named Atticus Virtue. Christopher will portray the role of Wade Lawson.

Tyler also revealed that he’s enjoying his “new” hat, which is as a producer. He said he’s happy working on the other side of the camera. He’s working with SkipStone Pictures where he is the Executive VP of Development.

Christopher said they are producing family-friendly films and that they’re currently expanding into television. “We are producing projects in family entertainment with a good strong message where the whole family can sit around and enjoy. We have humor and drama for both kids and adults. There is something for everybody.”

Christopher Is Open To A Soapy Return

Apart from being a producer, Christopher is also trying out his luck outside of the entertainment industry. He’s currently the ambassador for a health and wellness business called Vasayo. Despite his busy schedule, Christopher still has time for soaps.

On June 25, he’s scheduled to do a Facebook Live Chat on the “Days of Our Lives” Fan Talk Page. He also commended Bradon Barash for doing a wonderful job as Stefan DiMera. When asked if he’ll return to Port Charles as Nikolas Cassadine, he simply said, “I’m open to it. But there haven’t been any talks about a return.”

Christopher is indeed an incredible actor. His amazing performance has won him several awards including the Soap Opera Digest Award for Best Newcomer in 1997, Daytime Emmy Award Winner for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series in 1998 and 2018.
