The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Devon Rightfully Suspicions of Hilary Look-A-Like – Slick Game of Chance Being Played

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) doesn’t believe that Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishael Morgan) appearance is a coincidence on ‘The Young and the Restless’. The receipt of a letter questioning Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will has been followed by the arrival of Hilary Hamilton’s (Morgan’s initial Y&R role) look-a-like.

Chance Chancellor (as last played by John Driscoll) appears to be the person who’s challenging Devon’s two-plus billion dollar inheritance. But Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) awareness of Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) connection to Chance indicates a much deeper game is being played.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Tucker McCall Involved As Well

Devon was adopted by Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) and Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell) many years ago. Tucker McCall (as last played by Stephen Nichols) is Devon’s biological father and Yolanda Harmony Hamilton (as last played by Debbi Morgan) is his biological mother.

Harmony was last seen in 2012. Tucker was last seen in 2013, and was recently mentioned as not being suspected of challenging Katherine’s will because he has his own fortune. However, Amanda said that Tucker made an inquiry about the matter, which surprised Devon.

It would be great if Y&R revives both of Devon’s biological parents and is able to have Nichols and Debbi Morgan return to the cast as part of this evolving storyline.

The audience had not been given enough information when Amanda debuted to determine if she’s part of whatever scheme Chance and Adam are apparently jointly hatching. It could be that she was hired without having knowledge that her resemblance to Hilary was intended to throw Devon off, as James’ character believes.

As for Mishael Morgan, it’s fantastic that she’s returned to the cast! As soap operas record approximately six weeks in advance, strong credit is offered to all involved for keeping confirmation of her return from leaking while she was working late his summer on the set.

Buzz had indicated that the actor might be returning, but ghostly visions of Hilary were also being seen by Devon. That was a skilled red herring, as Y&R could legitimately confirm that the actor who formerly played Hilary was simply doing so again.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – One Of Adam Newman’s Grand Plans

Like his assumed dead father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Adam is also a multi-level chess player. Similar to the ‘Moustache’, Adam uses real life human beings as pieces in various manipulative games.

One of Adam’s plans, as part of a seeming overall plot to dominant Genoa City, Wisconsin, involves his still unexplained connection to and efforts with Chance.

Y&R fans are prepared for any plot path to be explored now, as this wide-ranging arc unfolds. The fall will surely deliver engaging drama, with some answers, but never all of them, being delivered.
