General Hospital Rumor: Will Cassandra Blackmail Valentin To Do Her Dirty Work?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) might blackmail Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to do her bidding!

General Hospital viewers will recall that when Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) first brought Cassandra into the Port Charles Police Department for arrest, she wanted to talk to Laura alone.

Curtis and Chief of Detectives Mac Scorpio (John J. York) told Cassandra no, but Laura went into the interrogation room with her anyway. Cassandra offered Laura information that would take Valentin Cassadine down for good, but Laura declined. Then Cassandra used her one phone call to call Valentin instead!

General Hospital Spoilers – Cassandra Pierce Blackmailing Valentin Cassadine?

Cassandra obviously has something on Valentin that is serious enough that she can blackmail him with it, otherwise, she wouldn’t have offered it to Laura. The only thing that makes sense for her to be calling him for is to blackmail him. The one thing Valentin and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have been worried about is Cassandra going to the authorities. She could accuse Nina of injecting her with the drug that put her into a coma. But, as General Hospital viewers will recall, that was done in self-defense.

Nina grabbed the syringe in a struggle with Cassandra over it, after having gone to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) house looking for Valentin. She surprised Cassandra and the two struggled over the syringe. This was after Cassandra announced she was intending to kill both Nina and her daughter Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).

She came at Nina with it, and Nina got it away from her and stabbed her with it, putting her into a coma. Cassandra also had a photo of Claudette Beaulieu (Bree Williamson) holding a newspaper with a then-current date that she had shown Valentin around that time, and could possibly blackmail him with telling that Claudette was kidnapped by him. But then, that’s old news and would be very hard to prove. If Valentin kidnapped Claudette, how did Cassandra take a picture of her?

General Hospital Spoilers – Mysterious Male Hand Bearing A Cassadine Ring

General Hospital viewers will also recall that when Cassandra disappeared after Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) brought her out of the coma, she was shown in a car after being intercepted on her way back to the WSB hospital.

And a mysterious male hand bearing a Cassadine ring was shown on her knee. Obviously, this could not have been Valentin, and with psychic Chelsea Lam’s (Jen Ray) telling Laura that her son was in danger, that has to be Nikolas Cassadine (most recently Nick Stabile) so it was not likely to be his hand either.

Could there be a different Cassadine still alive who also knows Valentin is not the true Cassadine heir? And could Cassandra be in cahoots with him? If so, that would definitely be something that would take Valentin down forever. It would also be something Valentin would stoop to letting himself be blackmailed by Cassandra with.
