General Hospital Recap Wednesday, July 31: Cassandra Is Back – Drew Frightens Shiloh

Welcome to your Wednesday July 31st General Hospital (GH) recap! We begin our day in Puerto Rico where Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) are having a quick vacation getaway.

At Wyndemere, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) are discussing their dinner mission. Valentin is not sure they will share info on Cassandra and he pulls out a small vial with liquid in it.

At the Metro Court hotel, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) is getting dressed for the dinner at Wyndemere whil Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher) looks on.

General Hospital Spoiler – Diane Miller and Alexis Davis discuss love

At the Metro Court restaurant, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennessy) is grilling Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about her love life. Diane reiterates that Neil is very attractive and he may be soft on Alexis. She brings up the dirt Diane found out on his past and it was bad enough that he tried to fire her as a patient.

GH Spoiler – Sonny Corinthos and Dr. Neil Byrne meet up

Also at the Metro Court restaurant, Sonny Kiriakis (Maurice Bernard) and Dr Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) are having a meeting. Sonny tells Neil that he has a debt to settle because he helped Kristina out. Sonny thanks Neil and says that he owes him and someday he will be able to ask him for a favor.

Neil says he’s not sure he will ever need the kind of favor he can offer. Sonny brings up what happened to Neil’s daughter Joanne. Neil wonders how he found out about Joanne and Sonny says he did his research.

General Hospital Spoiler – Drew Cain’s office is trashed

At Aurora media, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is surveying the damage of Drew’s office which has been ransacked. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) arrive and ask what has happened, Curtis says Drew was robbed.

Curtis says he wants to call the cops and they should review the security footage. They wonder what exactly was stolen out of Drew’s safe? Drew shows up and is shocked that his office was robbed. It looks like they got his flash drive that contains his memories.

GH Spoiler – Shiloh Archer and Drew Cain discuss his memories

Drew Cain (Billy Miller) runs into Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan Mclaughlin) at the Metro Court and says they need to talk. He can’t do anything about their past in Afghanistan, but he can do something about the future.

Drew asks Shiloh what exactly his antics were during the war and explains that he is also looking into old service records.

General Hospital Spoiler – Peter August has a doctors appointment

At General Hospital (GH) Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has a doctors appmt to check on his gunshot wound and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is there for support. Peter says she has a profound impact on his healing and growth in general.

They discuss work and Maxie says Nina is a wonderful boss to work for. They discuss whether Jax has a hidden agenda at Crimson.

GH Spoiler – A dangerous dinner at Wyndemere

As Hayden Barnes gets ready for the dinner at Wyndemere, her and Jasper Jax discuss the “mission” that they are on. Jax says they are just business partners and if she Wants to make Finn jealous, she is on her own.

At Wyndemere, Nina freaks out at the idea of poisoning Jax, but Valentin says it’s only a truth serum. The doorbell rings and its Dr Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Valentin says its kind of late for a drop in visit, Finn says apparently Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) has resurfaced. Nina wonders where she was seen and where she could be hiding.

General Hospital Spoiler – Michael Corinthos and Sasha Gilmore are on vacation

In Puerto Rico, Michael tells Sasha they are going on a moonlight sail. He steps away and a woman sits down next to Sasha and admires her drink and Crimson magazine, its Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck)!
Sasha tells Cassandra that she is Nina Reeve’s daughter, which surprises her.

GH Spoiler – Wednesday Drama

Michael comes back to the bar and is introduced to Cassandra who is using a fake name. Jax and Hayden arrive for dinner at Wyndemere as Finn walks out. A big storm hits as Valentin serves them drinks containing the truth serum. Finn comes back because the storm makes it too hard to travel via boat.

Hayden wanders off to explore Wyndemere and we see someone catch her, but we do not see a face. Shiloh goes up to a room in the Metro Court and Dr Arthur Cabbot is there, who is the original mind mapper scientist. Shiloh hands the doctor the flashdrive containing Drew’s memories. Shiloh asks if it would be possible to imprint the memories on someone else, Drew’s brother Jason Morgan……….flash to preview
