Ever since the time jump, Ciara’s goal has been to clear Ben’s name. However, she can only do that if she finds solid evidence that someone else killed Jordan. Right now, Ciara — as well as fans — believe the guilty person is Xander. This is due to several reasons, but there is only one problem. Ciara can’t seem to find any proof.

There was a coerced confession at one time, but Xander threw it into the fire. Ciara tried to retrieve the letter before it was too late. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to salvage it.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Xander really stepped up as a person that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) could respect. He was also a great father to Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton (the May twins).
