General Hospital RECAP Monday, July 30: Michael Injured – Nelle Goes In To Labor

General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, July 30, 2018, Carly (Laura Wright) is about to received electroshock therapy. Jason (Steve Burton) comes in and ties up Dr. Lazarus (Casey Biggs) and the nurse.

Jason And Carly Run For The Exit

Jason gets Carly up and tells her they have to go now. Dr. Lazarus tells Carly and Jason they will be seen before they reach the exit. Jason looks around for a camera. Jason tells Carly they don’t stop no matter what and they head for the exit.

Jason has Franco’s (Roger Howarth) keys, he and Carly sprint for the exit. Jason and Carly make it to the car with Franco, Jason puts him in the back and the speed off in the car. Jason drops Franco off at GH and leaves in his car with Carly.

Franco comes inside, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) questions why his phone is off. Franco tells Liz she won’t believe the truth. Liz wants to know anyway, right now. Liz tells Franco she believes he did the right thing. Liz respects Jason for what he did, and Franco for helping him.

Carly Tells Jason Decide To Trust Their Instincts

General Hospital’s Carly wakes up at the safe house and screams for Jason. Carly tells Jason she thought she was hallucinating. Jason questions if Franco would be with him in her hallucination. Jason assures Carly that she is safe. Carly thanks, Jason.

Carly questions how Jason got her out. Jason tells Carly he used Franco’s badge to get in. Jason apologizes to Carly, he should have got her out the night she went back. Carly and Jason agree that they both messed up and will trust their instincts from now on.

Carly tells Jason she knew he would come to get her and he did. Carly is still shaky and tells Jason it was awful in Ferncliff. Carly tells Jason that Mary Pat was evil and about seeing Nelle. Carly said Ferncliff was almost as bad as losing Morgan (Bryan Craig). Carly said she had to try and stop Michael (Chad Duell) from marrying Nelle.

Brad Gets A Terrible Shock

General Hospital’s Brad (Parry Shen) is at home with Wiley waiting for Lucas (Ryan Carnes) to get off work. Brad is on the phone with Julian (William DeVry) who offers to get Lucas out of surgery. Brad tells him no.

Brad is still talking to Wiley and can’t stop staring at him. Brad thanks Wiley for making him and Lucas a family. Brad goes to give Wiley his bottle and reaches for the baby. Brad drops the bottle onto the floor.

Julian Wants To Connect With His Children

General Hospital’s Julian comes up to Kim (Tamara Braun) and Liz and shows them Wiley’s picture. Julian is waiting to see Lucas’ reaction to the baby. Kim is glad Julian waited around to talk to Lucas. Julian talks about not being there for the birth of his kids.

Julian hopes to spend time with Wiley and for time with Leo. Julian hopes Sam (Kelly Monaco) will allow him around her kids as well. Kim tells Julian she believes his kids will see the good in him.

Kim And Liz Discuss Franco

General Hospital’s Kim stops Liz in the hallway and asks if she’s seen, Nelle. Kim explains that Nelle was supposed to be there to see a specialist and never showed. Kim invites Liz to dinner. Liz can’t get in touch with Franco and is concerned.

Franco is outside Ferncliff waiting on Jason and Carly to arrive. Kim tells Liz to thank about Franco’s behavior and check off boxes to see if she should worry. Kim tells Liz saying Franco is worth it answers her question.

Michael Can’t Move His Leg

General Hospital’s Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) lose the feed from Michael’s car. Sonny wants the last known position of the car. Sonny goes out the door, Chase starts to follow. Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) stopped Chase and wants an update.

Chase shows Jordan the video footage. Jordan and Chase start out the door when an officer tells them about the prison van. Sonny gets to Michael as he’s reaching for his phone. Sparks keep flying from the car and gas is still leaking.

Sonny opens Michael’s car door and pulls out a knife. Sonny begins cutting Michael’s seatbelt. Jordan puts out an APB on Liesl. Chase calls for an ambulance. The driver comes to.

Chase wants to go find Michael, Jordan tells him to find Liesl. Jordan goes to check on Michael as Chase goes after Liesl. Sonny gets Michael cut loose but he can’t move his leg.

Nelle Goes Into Labor

General Hospital’s Michael and Nelle have wrecked, he isn’t responding. Nelle utters, thank god it’s over. Liesl’s (Kathleen Gati) transport vehicle is what Michael has hit. Liesl caused the wreck to escape. Nelle tries to leave Michael in the car.

Michael wakes up and asks about the baby. Michael knows that Nelle isn’t happy that he’s alive. Nelle figures out that Michael set her up. Michael tells Nelle that Chase was in on this with her. Michael tells Nelle he knows she tried to kill him.

Michael tells Nelle the car is rigged with video and audio. Nelle blames Michael for trying to kill him. Nelle tells Michael how Carly didn’t like her and she had to go after Carly. Nelle gets out of the car, Michael is stuck. Nelle stands there taunting Michael.

Michael still can’t get out of the car. Nelle tells Michael the car is leaking gas and tells him he brought this on himself. Michael screams after Nelle as she walks away. Nelle is walking looking for a car and doubles over in pain dropping her phone.

Liesl comes up on Nelle and plans to leave her. Liesl tells Nelle they ran her off the road and she’s lying about the explosion. Nelle orders Liesl to help her. Liesl tells Nelle she reminds her of Faison but something good may come from her too. Leisl tells Nelle to spread those scrawny legs and push.
