The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday, July 31: Summer Dupes Kyle – Shauna Rips Into Lily – Nick’s Troubling News

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday, July 31: Summer Dupes Kyle – Shauna Rips Into Lily – Nick’s Troubling News“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, July 31, tease that Cane (Daniel Goddard) will support Lily (Christel Khalil). At Hamilton-Winters, they discuss the deadly accident and everything Devon’s (Bryton James) dealing with. Since Lily wants to visit Devon, Cane suggests that he can go with her.

At the penthouse, Lily finds an angry Shauna (Camryn Hamm). She tries to console the teen, but it ends up backfiring. Shauna points out that Lily hated Hilary before her death. It sounds like she thinks all this sympathy is just a little too late!

Lily walks away to take a call, so Cane takes the opportunity to warn Shauna. She’s mad that Lily got away with causing the accident, but he calls for her silence. Meanwhile, Summer (Hunter King) picks up on some strife at Jabot. She senses that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) are keeping something from her. When questioned, they suggest their conflict is about work.

Summer doesn’t buy that, so she comes up with a new plan. After flirting with Kyle on the roof deck, he ends up back at Summer’s apartment. She suggests that she’s turned on, so they start kissing and undressing. Kyle eventually mentions her mom’s secret. He confesses to seeing some guy’s clothes and figuring out that Phyllis had a one-night stand.

Summer shoves Kyle away, which brings a surprising realization. He determines that Summer simply manipulated him into blabbing. Over with Nick (Joshua Morrow), he meets up with Phyllis at Crimson Lights. She admits that their secret isn’t quite as safe anymore.

After explaining the Kyle situation, Phyllis reminds Nick that they were technically single at the time. Nevertheless, they hope they can contain this mess. The topic shifts to Fenmore’s and Nick’s interest in acquiring it. Phyllis suggests that Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) might accept a good offer. That’d mean working with Nick, but Phyllis doesn’t seem to think it’s a big deal.

Nick returns home to Sharon (Sharon Case) and presents her with a beautiful bracelet. As they discuss the upcoming nuptials, Nick mentions that he wants a huge ceremony. He wants to shout their “Shick” reunion from the rooftops.

Nick also hopes to move off the ranch and build a new house elsewhere. Sharon isn’t too thrilled about that idea. She doesn’t want to leave all the memories she’s made in the cottage. Across town, Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Arturo (Jason Canela) grow closer. She listens as he brings up his old neighborhood and his love for soccer.

Later, Abby asks Arturo about his past relationships. She wants to know if he’s ever been in love before. Arturo suggests that it happened once, but spontaneity was a problem for her. He quickly gets Abby up for a spur-of-the-moment dance, so these two seem to be right on track.

Of course, peace never lasts on “The Young and the Restless.” Y&R viewers can expect more hurdles for Abby and Arturo down the road. We’ll give you updates as other news and rumors emerge. Stay tuned to see what’s next in Genoa City.
