Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Monday, July 30, 2018, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) questions Brady (Eric Martsolf) about Victor’s (John Aniston) involvement in the custody case.
Brady And Eric Come To An Understanding
Brady tells Maggie he has a strong suspicion Victor took matters into his own hands. Eric (Greg Vaughan) wants to talk to Brady. Eric and Brady talk about the wedding. Eric wants to know if Brady wants to repair their relationship.
Eric doesn’t want tension between him and Brady at the wedding. Eric wants to talk about everything. Eric tells Brady he and Eve were in the middle of something when he was there last. Brady tries to cover for Eve (Kassie DePaiva).
Brady doesn’t want to talk about Nicole (Adrianna Zucker). Eric wants to apologize to Brady, he should have respected his relationship. Eric tells Brady they are brothers and he was wrong. Eric cannot undo the past but this is a start.
Brady and Eric discussing putting everything about Nicole behind them. Brady tells Eric she was a mess because of Theresa (Jen Lilley). Brady tells Eric he wanted to push him and Nicole for being happy.
Eric regrets every day they have been apart. Brady and Eric miss each other and hug. Brady accepts Eric’s proposal and they agree to walk down the aisle together. Brady calls Eric back when he starts to leave.
Victor Would Plant Drugs Again
Days of Our Lives’ Eve tells Victor she can handle Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) as she walks in the door. Jennifer tells Victor she knows what he did and he’s not getting away with it. Victor starts to leave, Jennifer stops him.
Jennifer accuses Victor of planting drugs in J.J.’s (Casey Moss) apartment. Victor tells Jennifer that is ridiculous. Victor tries to lie his way out of it. Jennifer tells Victor Maggie saw the thug there today. Eve starts attacking Jennifer’s opinion.

Jennifer tells Eve she needs to tell her what is going on. Eve is trying to protect Victor. Victor tells Eve to shut up. Jennifer tells Eve that she and Victor framed Theresa. Victor tells Jennifer they planted those drugs and would do it again.
Victor asks if Jennifer is going to the cops. Victor says he was trying to ensure that Tate had the best father any little boy could have. Victor tells Jennifer she knows what Theresa is capable of. Jennifer tells Eve she promised the social worker not to go to the police.
Brady still has a right to know what happened. Jennifer points out that Brady and Theresa would be sharing custody if Eve hadn’t interfered. Eve threatens to tell Eric the truth if Jennifer tells Brady. Eve tells Jennifers he could tell Eric the real reason Nicole left.
Lani And Eli Discuss Their Feelings
Days Of Our Lives’ Lani’s (Sal Stowers) first day back at work, Eli (Lamon Archey) tells her its ok to leave if she needs to. Eli talks about how angry he was when he found out Lani was pregnant. Eli said he should have asked about protection.

Eli was too upset to think about it. Lani questions Eli referring to their night as making love. Lani and Eli discuss how important that night became. Eli tells Lani he started to care about her and that hasn’t changed, Lani agrees. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) gives Lani information on Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) as well.
Hope And Rafe Plan To Get Proof For Ciara
Days Of Our Lives’ Hope questions how she could watch Eve attack Ben. Rafe (Galen Gering) tells Hope it’s understandable. Hope tells Rafe her emotions have no place in this job. Rafe tells Hope he showed up and it’s over. Hope questions if it really is over.
Hope wonders if Eve’s attack could set Ben off again. Hope thinks Abby (Marci Miller) can get through to Ciara (Victoria Konefal). Rafe tells Hope that Ciara needs proof and facts, Abby won’t help. Hope calls Ciara to check on her.
Ciara texts Hope back and tells her to stop worrying. Hope and Rafe go to dig up facts and get rid of Ben. Hope and Rafe show up at the police department and welcome Lani back to work. Rafe wants Eli to prove that Ben started the cabin fire. Lani finds Eli crying and hugs him. Claire shows up at the police station and tells Hope and Rafe that Ben is with Ciara.
Claire Knocks Ben Out
Days Of Our Lives’ Ben show’s up at Ciara’s. Ciara questions why Ben is there. Ben wants to talk, Ciara is hesitant. Caira invites Ben inside. Ben tells Ciara he is applying for jobs. Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) comes out and attacks Ben with a skillet.
Ciara chastises Claire, Ben wasn’t trying to hurt her. Claire wants to call Hope, Ciara tells her no. Ciara drops to the floor beside Ben. Ciara tries to get Ben to come to. Ciara tells Claire she assaulted Ben and could go to jail. Ciara orders Claire to get up and help her.
Ciara and Claire get Ben to the couch. Ciara gets Ben ice, he tries to leave and falls. Ciara refuses to let Ben leave. Claire leaves Ben and Ciara together. Ciara and Ben talk about the fire. Ciara is holding the ice on his head. Ben tells Ciara he knows she’s not completely convinced he didn’t start the fire. Ciara points out that Ben saved her.
Maggie Walks Away From Victor, Again
Victor meets with Maggie and tells her about the drugs. Victor doesn’t think Theresa deserves to be a mother. Maggie points out that Brady would have joint custody if not for him.
Maggie tells Victor this is his idea of love and look what it cost. Maggie asks how many times this has happened and when is he going to leave. Maggie gets up and leaves.
