EastEnders Spoilers: Jack’s New Nanny Ingrid Brings Major Drama To Walford And Romance

On “EastEnders’” there’s a new hot, young, blonde in Walford and she looks just like Ronnie Mitchell! Coincidence? We think not!
EastEnders spoilers indicate that Ingrid is the new nanny in town and with her cascading blond locks, big eyes, and pouty lips, no one could be blamed for doing a double take thinking she’s Ronnie’s mini-me. But when she arrives at none other than Jack Branning’s doorstep, the grieving widower doesn’t exactly do a happy dance.
Jack lost his ravishing bride Ronnie on their honeymoon. The night they were married Ronnie went swimming in the hotel pool, and she didn’t make it out alive. She and her sister Roxie were imbibing and having a good time when Ronnie took an ill-advised leap into the water. Her voluminous wedding gown looked good on her, but it wasn’t meant to do double duty as a bathing suit.
Immediately afterward Jack looked after her son Matthew, but now he’s in Ireland with his father who has cut off all contact between the two. Jack is devastated, but he also has Ricky and Amy to father, and his loved ones are concerned about his ability to parent considering his fragile emotional state. So when nanny Ingrid knocks on his door, you’d think Jack would breathe a sigh of relief. But explosive show spoilers reveal that Jack and Ingrid definitely do not hit it off.
In fact, Jack is quite abrupt with her during the interview. He’s under a lot of stress, but how much of his reaction is due to the fact that in his eyes he’s seeing a ghost? Beautiful Ingrid resembles his dear departed Ronnie, and although during the meeting the poor man does not handle his emotions well, he ends up offering her a job. Uh oh.

There’s more than a definite chance that Ingrid is a plant by Jack’s revenge-filled brother Max. Mad Max managed to have Matthew taken away from Jack; will he and Ingrid succeed in taking his other children as well?
