The Young and the Restless alum Chris McKenna took to Twitter this week to announce that he is headed to primetime! McKenna is well-known for his role on Y&R as Detective Harding. McKenna’s character Harding stirred up quite a bit of drama in Genoa City during 2014-2015 before the character eventually was written out of the daytime drama. After his exit, McKenna had a brief stint on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful.’
Chris McKenna announced that he has landed a spot on the cast of The CW’s series Frequency. The soap alum joked, “1996 was a real good year for me. Looking forward to visiting it again. I’m so excited to be joining the cast of FREQUENCY.” The series is actually based on the hit movie from 2000, and follows the story of a detective that can communicate with her dead father from decades ago.
