Big Brother, Season 28: Evicted Houseguest, Mallory Aurichio Talks Game Regrets + Who She’d Vote Out

Big Brother’s Season 28 continues to heat up. During the Week 7 eviction, Mallory Aurichio was sent packing. Unfortunately, like most booted players, Mallory has some major regrets, so read on to learn more about what she wished she had done (and didn’t do) in this game.

Mallory Aurichio Never Trusted The Icons

After getting evicted from the Big Brother house, Mallory spoke with Entertainment Weekly (EW).

As fans know from the live eviction, Mallory told host Julie Chen that she threw the Head of Household (HoH) competition for week 7: the one that Dee won and essentially got Mallory evicted.

With that said, Mallory said she threw the comp because she didn’t want to ‘show her cards’; however, she goes into a deeper explanation about it with EW.

Mallory told EW, “I’ve been feeling really bad for even working with the Icons — for Yash and Taylor, because I knew they wanted to keep Kamu the week before, and I was hiding it from them that I had formed this Mosh Pit alliance, and I didn’t even really trust it.”

She goes on to say that she got a lot of reassurance from Drew and Barrett that she’d be safe for at least next week, as they had ‘just’ established the Mosh Pit alliance.

The men argued it would be unlikely that they’d disassemble only one week later. Mallory didn’t want to win HoH because she didn’t want to have to put up Yash and Taylor.

Who Would Mallory Vote Out

Mallory goes on to explain that if she wasn’t voted out, she had planned to start calling Drew, “Drewdus” (like Judas) for his betrayal and strong allegiance to the icons. Still, Mallory is not mad at Drew anymore and holds zero animosity towards his gameplay.

When asked who she’d vote out of the house now, if she could, she explained that it would be Dee. A part of it is because Dee was the reason behind her eviction, but Mallory also went deeper.

She stated that Dee always wanted to “air everything out”. Mallory added, “I felt like her logic was, ‘If you’re in an alliance with me, you should be on bad terms with everybody else.’”

She goes on to say, “Like, ‘If these are my enemies, they should be your enemies too.’ And I didn’t really like that.”

Mallory noted, “I don’t think that’s a way people should have to play Big Brother. I should be allowed to keep things to myself.”
