Below Deck Med’s Nathan Gallagher Faces Fresh Scandal Amid Legal Troubles

Below Deck Mediterranean was always full of drama, but in real life, Nathan Gallagher is in very deep hot water, now compounded by more scandal. Read on to find out what’s going on with him now.

Nathan’s Arrest

Back in November 2025, Bravo fans saw that Captain Sandy Yawn got hold of Joe Bradley, and he joined the crew alongside Nathan Gallagher and Aesha Scott.

By the following month, Below Deck Med fans heard that Gallagher was arrested in Sydney, Australia, for assault occasioning bodily harm and intentionally choking a person without consent.

It involved his ex, Gael Cameron, who also appeared in the Below Deck franchise.

On The Run

He’s been on the run for a while now, and there are warrants for the man from Ireland. He didn’t appear in court back in September and was convicted in his absence.

However, he seems to have scarpered off somewhere in the big wide ocean. But that doesn’t mean folks are losing interest in his shenanigans.

Another Accuser

According to Reality Blurb, an accusation arrived via social media from a woman named Ciara Berrill. Citing an Instagram post, the outlet noted that “Nathan has a seven-year-old daughter in Ireland, where he’s also wanted for an alleged assault.”

Noreen Gallagher, the mom of Nathan Gallagher, was mentioned in the accusation. Ciara wrote:

I heard Noreen Gallagher is among the comments (she has me blocked) – can someone let her know her 7-year-old [granddaughter] is doing well over here … the man she’s defending never stepped up because he is and always will be a maggot of a man.

Bravo Fans React

Below Deck Mediterranean fans took to Instagram when the outlet shared the latest news about the scandal.

One of them wrote, “So this dude is on the run. His face is plastered all over social media and Bravo and yet, nobody knows where he is?”

Another person mocked Gallagher for what he once said: “Don’t ever disrespect my family,” adding, “My dude, which one?”

Here are a few more responses from the discussion that followed:

• “I always had the biggest crush on Nathan out of all of the BD franchise. I now know why I’m 45 and single.”
• “I always hope it says “fugitive apprehended!”
• “Wow, he really is a man of mystery for sure. Who woulda guessed!”

A few folks mentioned that the baby in Ireland is old news. That may well be, but certainly not every Bravo fan had heard about it before.

LA Times reported that Bravo cut ties with Nathan Gallagher, but he did film for Season 11 of the show prior to his arrest. The season wrapped up on October 5, 2026.
