Sister Wives: The Coyote Pass Properties Have Been Sold?

Sister Wives Star Kody Brown Discusses Coyote Pass - TLC Via @realiteaquad - YouTube

Sister Wives fans saw the long-drawn out story of the four Coyote Pass properties for years. But now, it sounds as if they have finally all been sold, read on to find out what is going on.

The Properties All Sold

According to @realiteasquad on Instagram, all four of the properties in Flagstaff have sold. The admin pasted screenshots to prove it. It’s not clear how much profit will come from the sales by Justin from Coldwell Banker, Northland, as Kody Brown was reported to still owe money back in 2024.

In the caption, the admin wrote, “Congrats realtor to the stars Justin Beamus!” Meanwhile, the photo text said, “All 4 lots of Coyote Pass have sold.” The screenshots and on Zillow, show that none of them sold for more than 500K. It’s not clear who reported the sale as it’s too soon for Google Search returns, and no outlet was credited.

Fans React In The Comments

Sister Wives fans saw many reports about the four properties where Kody Brown wanted to originally build a massive mansion so they could all live under one roof. Well, excpet for him,. He wanted his own place. Christine Brown hated the idea, but only Janelle Brown ever stayed there in her RV. Now it’s sold, lots of commenters had their say.

Here are some of the more notable reactions by TLC fans to the news about Coyote Pass:

  • Next season on SW: Kody and Robyn withhold funds to Meri & Janelle and still refuse to film inside their home or share any personal details of their lives.
  • I hope Janelle got one of the $400,000 sale, I hope Meri got the other, but K&R probably got the bulk.
  • The biggest advantage is that Janelle and Meri have no more financial ties to Kody.
  • I guess that’s all for the show. This is the last connection to fuss about 😂. I am so elated for Meri and Janelle. I hope it turned out fair.

Kody Recently Sorted Out The Divisions

The news about the sales in Flagstaff comes hot on the heels of the news that Kody finally sorted out who owns what. On April 4, we reported  that apparently, everyone signed off on the deal but Robyn delayed things by waiting until March 26.

At the time the revised agreement showed that Janelle and Meri Brown, both single individuals, each held a 25% stake in two separate parcels of land. Additionally, they jointly owned a third property, with each possessing a 50% share, which was transferred from Kody and Janelle. The remaining property continued to be solely owned by Kody and Robyn.

What are your thoughts about the sale? Remember, teasers for the show showed that Meri Brown was spitting with fury, and Kody claimed he wasn’t trying to steal anything from her. Let us know in the comments below, and come back here often for all your Sister Wives cast news and updates.
