The video arrived on The Prince and Princess of Wales official YouTube channel. As Princess Charlotte was also there with her mom, it brought even more charm. Together, they played a duet. And, the caption explained that it happened at the “Together at Christmas” carol service.

The piece they chose was Holm Sound by Erland Cooper. If you don’t know, he’s a Scottish composer from the Orkney Islands. Honestly, he seemed like a perfect match for Princess Catherine’s interests, because his work’s inspired by nature and human connection.

The voiceover from the video also seemed perfect for the season of giving. It said that Christmas speaks of love “taking form in the simplest, most human ways.” Not in big gestures, “but gentle ones.” Plus, it mentioned things like “a moment of listening, a word of comfort,” or just “a helping hand.” Basically, the message was how small acts “contribute to the beautiful tapestry of life to which we all belong.”

Overall, the nice tone of it was about how “our lives are woven together.” Notably, it pointed out that life can feel “fragmented or uncertain.” However, the season “invites us to remember the power of reaching out.” So the music wasn’t just background noise.
