GH Spoilers: Why AJ Quartermaine’s Comeback Could Change Everything

General Hospital spoilers say if there’s one blast from the past that fans would love to see, it’s AJ in ghost-like form. There’s even some speculation among viewers that suggest AJ might come back to haunt Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison).

AJ Needs To Come Back For This Reason

Clearly, since Drew seems to think he can throw his weight around and get back at anyone who opposes him, some fans are suggesting that the soap should bring back the one person Drew can’t bully around: AJ — but as a ghost.

Needless to say, General Hospital fans certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even commented with, “I’d imagine bringing back either Sean Kanan or Billy Warlock back as AJ’s ghost to just continually haunt Drew would be hilarious. As a ghost, AJ could be anywhere he wants and Drew wouldn’t be able to make him leave. Think of it like when Alan died and his ghost kept haunting Tracy for months afterward just for the sake of annoying her.”
“AJ would definitely have incentive to haunt the heck out of Drew as revenge for everything that Drew has done to Michael.”

Will AJ Come Back To Haunt Drew?

Another critic wrote, “AJ wouldn’t like his interaction with Michael and Willow, but AJ may also understand that Drew has now replaced him as the black sheep/unwanted member of the family.”

And then there was this comment as well: “This is a great idea, but I have an even better one. AJ quartermaine ghost should haunt Sonny! The man who killed an unarmed AJ in cold blood.”

Now, whether or not the producers decide to bring back AJ remains to be seen. Until then, we will have our fingers crossed in the hopes that it happens!
