By now, if you followed the true crime case about the Tesla belonging to D4vd, you probably know that Celeste Rivas Hernandez, the dead teen found in it, has no closure. As time goes by, more information filters in via private investigators. And frankly, some of the alleged news seems rather strange.
Strange New News
On Fox 32 Chicago, Thursday, Michael Babcock from TMZ talked about some of the odd items found in the home that D4vd was renting. Remember, he was getting ready to move on with a tour, and a PI claimed that a person was seen driving the car away from the home.

New information that Babcock raised in his interview included some implements being found. According to Babcock, the private investigator hired by the homeowner “found heavy machinery and farm equipment.” Actually, he mentioned that it’s the type of equipment “that you could use to potentially get rid of a body.”
Not Usual For The House
A local private investigator, Steve Fisher, allegedly suggested that the machinery was unusual for that house. Babcock noted, “you wouldn’t need that kind of machinery to live in that place in Hollywood.”
Naturally, right now, whether the implements are important to the case or not can’t be established. Additionally, Babcock said that the “timeline is a little bit unclear” on whether this was found before or after the police did their own search under warrant. In addition, Fisher’s feedback didn’t specify the condition of the equipment or whether it looked like it had been used.
More Questions Than Answers
True crime enthusiasts shouldn’t get too excited though. That’s because Babcock offered a plausible explanation for it by saying, “There could be a 100 reasons for that which aren’t related to an alleged murder incident.”
Of course, he reiterated the fact that D4vd hasn’t been named a suspect or had charges filed against him. For now, he’s “cooperating with the authorities.” Meanwhile, speculation keeps on growing.
Fallout For The Singer
The fallout from the investigation impacted the musician’s career, as Babcock reported that his “new music that has been put on hold.” Allegedly, his “record label has sort of, you know, kept him at arm’s length.” At the moment, as the police investigation proceeds, David isn’t in custody at all. But, he did retain a lawyer.
The overriding question still needs an answer: why was there a dead person in his car?
Reactions In The Comments
Lots of people feel so frustrated about the Celeste Rivas Hernandez case. So, one person penned, “Ok apparently they have no evidence against this man. Come back when you have evidence. Why hasn’t he been arrested???.”
Here are a few more responses from the discussion area:
- It’s irrelevant either way. Whatever they found wasn’t used nor covered in blood and just like much of this case it’s just more bs to speculate about that ultimately amounts to nothing. They simply have no new evidence and should just stop putting out nonsense.
- Yeah why is TMZ saying it was “farm equipment”? The PI never said that. He just said it was supplies that could be used possibly to get rid of a body. All of which is complete speculation.
- He is being Framed.
- A medium has been channel Celeste since the new came out and she has mentioned these tools from day on.
