The case of Celest Rivas Hernandez, whose rotting body was found in a Tesla belonging to singer D4vd, may never be solved. Plenty of conjecture and video footage doesn’t seem to help the case. Read on to find out why there might be no closure for the family.

Proving A Murder

TMZ led the way in the investigations into the true crime story. In fact, so much so, that even Ashleigh Banfield chatted with them on her News Nation program. This week, on YouTube, on the 2 Angry Men podcast, Harvey Levin and Mark Geragos spoke about the frustrating case that seems to bring more “questions than answers.”

Unfortunately, as they seem intimately involved in following the true crime case, their discussion about it never being solved seems to have some credibility. They explored why Celeste Rivas’ death may never be solved.

Harvey said that “if the ME comes back with an undetermined death for Celeste Rivas, I think the DA has a next to impossible chance of securing any conviction.”

The Private Investigator Footage

Additionally, he talked about how establishing “guilt beyond a reasonable doubt” seems unlikely, especially if the “ME says, ‘I don’t know.'” Then, he and Mark talked about the private investigator who went online to talk about a video of the last time that anyone drove D4vd’s car.

Notably, that investigator, Steve Fisher, talked about one person who had “access” to the home that the singer rented. Plus, he noted one person driving the car away before the group left town. But, it seems incorrect to Mark and Harvey. Harvey elaborated, saying, “I am told the exact opposite,” adding, “I have sources, one in particular, who says there were multiple people who had keys to that house.”

The PI Could Be Wrong

Additionally, the Tesla could be accessed by many folks. So, he believes the death of Celeste couldn’t be isolated to a “single individual” driving the car on July 29. In fact, there were many parties held there, so the PI seems to be missing something, in Harvey’s opinion.

Meanwhile, Mark confirmed he’d also heard that lots of people could access the home. Apparently, the “access to the car was not limited to one person,” Allegedly, the investigators do know all of this. And allegedly they know of “more than three people” who drove it. Between the two men, the true crime case doesn’t seem to be going forward, and D4vd hasn’t been named a suspect, despite public opinion.

A Slow Investigation

“Primarily” it’s a “county investigation,” the duo noted. But, so far, as it’s not a federal case, there’s no sign of D4vd being arrested or being told to report to a police station. However, they obviously can’t do anything until they know that there was a murder.

Actually, there has been speculation that Celeste might have overdosed. Right now, investigators can’t come out with any firm decision. Allegedly, if a toxicology report arrives, they can then move more decisively.

Little To Charge Anyone

But, Harvey can’t understand why it’s taking so long for the toxicology report. Meanwhile Mark knows from his own experience that if it’s fast tracked, it could be done within “72 hours.”

For now, it seems that the only offense involved might revolve around concealing and/or dismembering a body. So, if there was a murder, it might never be proven even using what forensic evidence can be found.

Reactions From The Comments

Many people feel very sad about Celeste Rivas Hernandez because so many people seem to have failed the runaway who allegedly dated an older man. One viewer said, “So many people failed this girl. And they are still failing her.”

Here are a few more reactions from the discussion area:

  • I’m so angry that this case hasn’t been resolved.
  • I am sorry but a dead person showing up in David’s car and him having nothing to do with it is just crazy. Then him signing properties over to his mom is crazy.
  • They are REALLY pushing this OVERDOSE narrative hard!!!!!
