Counting On: Cops Pay A Visit To Duggar Property In Tontitown

Counting On Just over a year ago, Josh Duggar, the oldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for possessing Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM). Counting On critics hoped for a longer punishment, given the severity of the charges. However, there were also some rumors that it might not be the last time the Federal Bureau of Investigation dug into the former 19 Kids and Counting alum’s activities.  This weekend, police visited Tontitown. So, was it related to Josh Duggar?

Counting On – Josh Duggar Is Not Forgotten

Despite Anna’s husband being inside a prison, those people who watched the show on TLC have not forgotten him. Actually, it seems rather interesting that so much interest centers around him. After all, many entertainment folks have done time, and they soon fade from memory. Only after their release do people briefly show an interest. But with Josh, it seems different. And partly, it’s fueled by the recent Shiny Happy People docuseries on Amazon Prime.

Counting On fans always thought that it seemed strange because allegedly, Anna refused to allow Child Protection Services to check that the kids were okay. Apparently, she is so sure that her husband acted appropriately with them, that she can’t consider him guilty. However, people still hope that somehow, police might find evidence that compels their examination. But it seems that this weekend, the police who visited Tontitown didn’t have that on their minds.

In her post on Sunday, she said, “Washington County Sheriff’s Department made a visit to the Duggar property on Sunday 6/25/23 at 8:26 am.” However, she added, “According to the calls for service log, the police arrived for a follow up investigation.” So, was it about Josh?

Katie clarified, “There were no arrests listed and no warrants listed for anyone in the Duggar family in Washington County.” However, she promised to try and find out what actually went down and why.
