Y&R Spoilers: Victor’s Medical Crisis, Adam Saves The Day?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) may find Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) unconscious. If this happens, Nikki would call Emergency Medical Services to come immediately. She might remember when he had a heart attack and the fear she felt when it happened. It could be his heart, or maybe the rare blood disease he had a few years ago. If it’s the latter, then who would save the patriarch?

The Young And The Restless – Victor Newman Taken Away By Ambulance

If Nikki does find Victor unconscious, he would be wheeled away on a stretcher. Nikki would be by his side until the EMS arrive. Nikki would then alert his children: Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

However, it is speculated that Nikki might not call Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) or Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

Y&R Spoilers – Intensive Care Unit?

Y&R spoilers suggest that at the hospital, Nikki will probably be met by the emergency room doctor after Victor has been examined. The doctor might inform Nikki that preliminary examinations could not rule out a cardio event, but more tests would need to be run. The doctor might say that they are taking Victor’s blood for testing and putting him on a heart monitor to be safe.

It’s possible that Victor could end up in the intensive care unit until a diagnosis is made. The doctor will want Nikki to answer questions about Victor’s health before this incident. She might tell him that Victor had been under a lot of stress with family matters of late.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Family is Concerned

Nick and Victoria probably arrive at the hospital together and rush to their mother’s side. Nikki most likely relays the information the ER doctor has given to her. Both Nick and Victoria would be concerned about their father and probably suggest that they inform the rest of the family. It’s possible that Nikki will say not yet, we need to wait to see what is going on first. It is probably difficult for them to see their loving and protective father lying helpless.

Y&R Spoilers – Nate Hastings Assists?

Victoria might call Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) even though he no longer practices medicine. Nate was the physician who administered the experimental drugs for the blood disease. He seemed to know more about her father than anyone else medically speaking, we presume.

She might trust him more than anyone else to help her Dad. Supposedly Nate could agree to return to the hospital and to help in any way he can, and he might have rushed to the hospital.

The Young And The Restless – Possible Bone Marrow Transplant Needed?

Once Nate assesses Victor’s condition, he will have to report to the family. His first impression might be that the Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) disease has returned. He probably reminded them that this disease, although rare, it is a life-threatening blood disease.

After examining blood tests, Nate probably determines that Victor’s red blood cells are probably low. Nate might also say there is the possibility that Victor may need a bone marrow transplant. Is it time to look for a matching donor?
