Y&R Spoilers: Jack Is Done With Phyllis Already

The Young And The Restless: Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal the end of Jack and Phyllis before they ever really began again.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Is Her Own Worst Enemy

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) really seemed like they were going to work out this time as they took things slow and tried to once again build trust with one another. Jack was absolutely thrilled when he and Phyllis finally ended up in bed together again and he thought it was a new beginning, but some things — and some people never change.

When Jack heard Phyllis tell Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) that she slept with Jack and sped up the timeline of their reunion to stake a claim on the man because Jack is her territory and not Diane’s, Jack was heartbroken but he was also angry. Why does Phyllis always let Diane get to her this way? Why couldn’t she just have faith that he wanted her and only her and had no interest in Diane?

Y&R Spoilers – Jack Abbott Has Had Enough

Phyllis does her best to apologize but that doesn’t seem to matter to Jack. He tells her that she will never change, so Phyllis promises that she will change, she will do whatever she has to in order to keep him but there is no real sincerity in her voice. Instead, she sounds like she is just going through the motions and Jack tells her he can’t go down this road again.

Poor Phyllis stands there dumbfounded and that’s just when Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier), and Diane walk in with young Harrison — laughing and having a grand old time. Diane can see the tension in the room and she seems to rather enjoy it.

However, Jack just sees her as a person making amends and is not so sure she is the she-devil she once was and who Phyllis seems to remember the most. “Diane is doing what she should be doing in re-establishing her relationship with Kyle, so she’s not misbehaving,” Peter Bergman said in the June 14 issue of Soap Opera Digest. “She’s being a terrific grandmother and not pushing buttons and or putting people in situations where they’re uncomfortable. And so, yeah, it starts to get more complex from there.” Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see how this story plays out.
