B&B Spoilers: Ridge Prepares To Marry Taylor…With Brooke On His Mind

The Bold And The Beautiful: Ridge ForresterThe Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal the Forrester living room getting ready for yet another wedding in which Carter Walton will be officiating. Where have we seen this before?

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Decades Of Waffling

If there’s one man on soaps who can never make up his mind about anything, it’s Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). The man has been going between the same two women for decades and why either one of them still pines for this misogynist is completely beyond us, but here we are.

After annulling a years-old marriage without ever giving his wife a valid reason to do so, Ridge is ready to walk down the aisle and marry Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) once again. Taylor even knows that Ridge left Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) due to believing she made the CPS call and not because he had to be with her as desperately as he claimed, and she is still willing to go through with this sham.

And it is a sham as Ridge still can’t stop thinking about Brooke even when standing there trying to take his vows with Taylor and that’s a problem.

B&B Spoilers – Ridge Tries To Figure It Out On The Fly

As Ridge stands there in front of Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), Taylor, and the family in the living room, he is having an internal dialogue with himself while trying to convince himself that he really does want to marry Taylor.

“She always loved him and she was there for him, and she didn’t break anything up or screw anything up, it was always him,” Thorsten Kaye said in the November 28, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest.

That still doesn’t mean Brooke is off the mind, but then he has to remind himself of the things his parent-trapping kids have been telling him over and over and over again.

“Everything they bring up makes sense,” Kaye said. “You know, Brooke not being loyal. Brooke doing all these things. Maybe Ridge didn’t want to see that but he has now and his kids are sitting there going, ‘Look, Mom has always been great with you and it’d be nice to have the family together.”

But is that enough to make Ridge go through with things? Stay tuned to The Bold and the Beautiful weekdays to find out.
