B&B Spoilers: Brooke Stands Up For Sanity – Ridge Puts Himself In Time-Out

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) knew her soul mate told the truth. But that alone was not enough to welcome him back into her life with open arms.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) arrived at the Logan mansion with his tuxedo undone and his heart a mess. He was profoundly disappointed in himself for not trusting his Logan.

Brooke thankfully did not instantly accept his apology and pretend that all was okay. Ridge said he needed time to process everything. Well, Brooke deserves time to process this soap as well.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Knocked Off His Perch

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) thinks the world of himself. He lacks empathy for those who become his targets, like Brooke.

But Thomas is sick, as Ridge mentioned with pained regret. He and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) recognize that their son is not better, as they thought.

Coercing his young son, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), to forget about what he learned was wrong. But Thomas compounded that bad parenting act when telling Douglas that Grandma Brooke did not want them to be together.

Douglas knew his father was behaving badly once again, stuck to his principles, that he learned from Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), Brooke and others, and told his aunt, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), the truth.

B&B Spoilers – Brooke Logan Is Dismayed

Brooke was relieved to at least learn why Ridge felt compelled to split from her so suddenly. The annulment he quickly realized led to him standing at the altar across from Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).

Lang’s character was exasperated when learning the full story. She could not understand what also miffed viewers this fall.

Why did Ridge refuse to share the specifics of his latest beef with her? Soap fans knew the real answer. TPTB needed to advance the storyline by keeping Brooke in the dark.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Needs A Break

Ridge has to clear his head, as he told Brooke. That means he is not remarrying Taylor anytime soon, if ever.

As for Taylor, she has gotten the short end of the daytime stick once again. How can she ever trust Ridge with her heart again?

Kaye’s character was wronged by his son. But Ridge knows that he shoulders blame and might have lost both women he loves to varying degrees.
