B&B Spoilers: Bill’s Brooke Blunder Leads To First Li Date

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease that Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) blunder with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will lead to bigger and better things. He had simply gone to talk to her as a friend and brother-in-law for advice about Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) walked in to see them hugging.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – A Hasty Exit

Bill had been trying for months to get Katie to take him back and give him another chance, but she’s through with him for good. Bill thought maybe Brooke could get through to Katie and the hug that Ridge walked in on was merely a hug of empathy and support, but Ridge misinterpreted it. Bill leaped to Brooke’s defense because he could see Ridge was getting ready to light into her, and then he made a hasty exit.

Bill left feeling awkward because he wasn’t trying to get Brooke back, although they had reminisced over their good times prior to the hug. He was merely to the end of his rope trying to win Katie back, but perhaps her rejection will lead him to a new romance with someone who really appreciates him.

B & B Spoilers – Li Finnegan Brought Out The Hero

Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) really seemed to bring out the hero in Bill, a side rarely witnessed; he found her dirty and disheveled on the docks outside a seafood restaurant. Li had miraculously survived the crash of her SUV, which had exploded and caught fire and went into the bay, and somehow managed to escape and swim to the docks. By the time Bill found her, she was so out of it she barely remembered who she was; he brought her to his home, and fed her. Then he called a doctor friend, Dr. Jordan Armstrong (Vincent Irizarry) to check her out via a house call, and helped her rescue her son. Then he flew John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) to Monaco on his private jet.

The Bold And Beautiful Spoilers – A Meal Together

Even though Bill hasn’t quite moved on from Katie and was a hero to Li, they formed a deep friendship through extraordinary circumstances. He runs into Li while at Il Giardino, the Italian restaurant that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) works for and asks her to join him for lunch. She might be a little caught off guard but she’ll be glad to see him again and accept.

They’ll get to know each other better under better circumstances, and this may just lead to more for the two. Whether they consider this first casual lunch meeting as a date remains to be seen, but it could certainly turn into more.
