Amy Duggar King Talks Boundaries

The Duggars spoilers reveal that Amy King has started to open up more about her famous family. Now she is telling her fans how she feels about setting boundaries with her family and fans weren’t shocked to hear any of this because Amy is often talking about how she is a lot different than her family members.

Amy’s Newest Tweets

When it comes to her family, Amy just can’t keep her mouth shut. She has always been very honest with how she feels about them, especially with the legal issues going on with her cousin, Josh Duggar. After his sentencing, Amy tweeted, “Them: You can’t just block your family members & stop talking to them.”

She then added, “You have to surround yourself with people and especially family who are healthy individuals. Who are healthy examples to your child, who will protect them. It’s ok to have boundaries if they can’t be trusted. Especially those who hide behind religion.” This last statement really made her fans shocked because clearly we all know who she is talking about.

The Duggars and Religion

If you have watched any of the shows that the Duggars were on, you will remember just how religious they are. There have been many of Josh’s family members who have gone completely silent since he was arrested, but there have been others who are still standing by him and say that he just needs more of God’s help to get him through this. Many of his family members think that he is innocent, although, there is overwhelming proof that he did possess child pornography.

Josh was sentenced to serve 12.5 years in prison for his crimes and there have been plenty of his family members, including Amy, talking publicly about this. She feels as if he should stay in prison much longer and so do a few others. Amy and a few others wrote letters to the judge to plead for him to get more time in prison, but alas, he only ot 12.5 years.
