Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) was crossed, but only because Victor coerced Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones). Billy could get a chance to strike back and save ChancComm.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Gaines came into Genoa City for one purpose, and that was to get more money from Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi). Over the past few weeks, Gaines had interactions with both Billy and Victor. Just when Billy thought Gaines vanished forever, he showed up begging for help. It was suggested that Gaines might be playing Billy. Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) didn’t trust Gaines’ story and wanted to proceed with caution. However, Billy couldn’t resist taking the bait, just as Victor predicted.

When the article exposing Ashland was published without Billy or Lily’s approval, it created a lot of drama. The fallout is going to continue to get worse and it turns out that Gaines’ hand was forced by Victor and Adam.

Y&R Spoilers – Crushing ChancComm

Victor and Adam are going to enjoy their victory. However, battles like this are not easily won. So, it seems that it was a bit too easy, which means there are more twists coming up. In fact, it is hinted that Billy could end up getting the upper hand despite falling into Victor and Adam’s trap.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Billy and Lily go to confront Gaines. However, his motel room is empty and it’s clear that they were conned. Then, Gaines shows up at ChancComm with a new story. Gaines claims that the story about Ashland was fake and he made it all up to get revenge on Billy.

Billy isn’t going to accept that answer. It is clear to Billy that this was all Victor and Adam’s doing. So, he will try to make a new deal with Gaines, or at the very least, get all the details on what exactly happened. Billy and Lily have a lot of damage control to do, especially since Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) returns demanding answers. There is also the issue of Ashland threatening to sue ChancComm.

Y&R Spoilers – Switching Sides Again

It was clear that Gaines was not happy about being forced to follow orders from Victor and Adam. As Gaines said, he wasn’t given a choice. So, if Billy can offer him something better and guarantee his safety, Gaines just might switch sides once again. The question is, what is the real story? Will anyone ever know or could Gaines just keep ping-ponging between ChancComm and Victor Newman?
