GH Spoilers: Shawn Turns To Spencer To Take Down Nikolas

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) wants to get justice. Shawn had been sent to Pentonville Penitentiary for years for shooting Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig). Shawn was released but he is trying to clear his name because he was not the one who shot Hayden. Shawn and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) have figured out that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is the one who had Hayden shot.

Nikolas has offered to get Alexis a pardon who is serving time for attacking Dante Falconari (Dominic Zamprogna) if she will stop working with Shawn. Shawn has encouraged Alexis to take the deal so she can get her pardon. Shawn has had an idea on who he could get to help him. Shawn believes that Nikolas’ son Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chaves) could help him to find a way to bring Nikolas to justice.

General Hospital Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine Has His Reasons For Helping Shawn Butler

Spencer has been upset with Nikolas because he married Ava Jerome-Cassadine (Maura West). Spencer had counted on Ava to help him with a lawsuit against Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Spencer and everyone else believed that Valentin had killed Nikolas. Spencer was devastated to lose Nikolas and wanted to get justice for Nikolas. Spencer was shocked to find out that Nikolas had been alive and had stayed away to get revenge on Valentin. Spencer wanted to find a way to break up Nikolas and Ava. He and his girlfriend Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) began to stalk Ava and Nikolas. Spencer was forced to confess his crimes and is facing legal problems. Spencer believes that Nikolas has chosen Ava over him. Spencer will be surprised when Shawn asks him for his help. Spencer may believe that Nikolas should be held accountable for framing Shawn.

Shawn may be concerned about getting Spencer to help him to go after Nikolas. Shawn may need to know that Spencer could be able to live with the consequences of bringing Nikolas to justice. Spencer has started to believe that Nikolas needs to have a wakeup call. Spencer may believe that it was wrong that Nikolas framed Shawn which led to him being sent to jail for years. Shawn may worry that Spencer could destroy his relationship with Nikolas if he helps him. Spencer may need to convince Shawn that he is ready for whatever happens if they find proof that Nikolas had Hayden shot.
