The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victor Knows About Vegas – Adam’s Two Murders Too Much To Bear

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) awareness is legendary. So, it stands to reason that he knows what Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) did in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Just as Victor came to know what took place many years ago in Kansas, so to is the Moustache informed about Adam’s self-defense act. Chance Chancellor’s (Donny Boaz) life was saved as a result of Adam killing a man in what was actually the second instance of an unplanned demise.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kansas Event Provides Clarity

If all that Adam ever did was defend his mother by attacking A.J. Montalvo (no actor’s name known for this role) all those years ago at Hope Wilson’s (Signy Coleman) farm, then he would only have one dark part of his memory to deal with. But Adam was compelled to act with life-altering force in Vegas during the period where he was suffering from amnesia.

Spider didn’t know that he was Adam at that point, with Chance seemingly not pushing the true identity issue. Boaz’ alter ego was working for the authorities back then, while both characters were off-screen.

They reveal that just took place, where Adam is told that he killed A.J. when he was an eleven-year-old boy in defense of Hope, serves to add deep context to the overall storyline.

Y&R Spoilers  – Irrational Rejection Of Mother’s Decision

Victor’s actions, which are often cloaked as part of multiple chess moves, can now be viewed differently. He didn’t pay off the Kansas Coroner to cover his own crime, as Braeden’s character wasn’t the person who killed Alyssa Montalvo’s (Maria DiDomenico) father.

Flying to Hope’s farm, to help her deal with what their son did, represented parental protection. Adam, believing that his life’s misery results from Victor having abandoned him as a child, simply will not believe that Victor has ever done anything through love.

Hope chose to leave Genoa City, Wisconsin, and take Adam back to Kansas. The character Grossman now plays grew up at the farm and came to believe that Cliff Wilson (David Cowgill) was his father. Hope told Adam the truth on her deathbed in hopes that Adam would bond with his real father.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Need To Keep Two Secrets

Victor has no reason to expose what Adam did in Kansas. He’s hoping that his son won’t force the issue into the public, with resulting truths being forced out.

However, Victor naturally sees the Vegas issue differently. Unless new information is presented, Victor had nothing to do with what happened in Nevada.

Adam can be neutralized by his more recent past, with Victor strongly advising him to keep the Kansas story buried. If he doesn’t, at least Adam’s Vegas crime could be prosecuted.
