The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) may make a big decision during their stay in Las Vegas.

After finding out that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) kissed Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), an angry Ridge stormed out. Ridge and Brooke had their share of problems in recent months. Even though it looked like they were headed for divorce, Brooke never gave up on Ridge.

During his time apart from Brooke, Ridge formed a friendship with Shauna, although it was obvious their feelings for each other were more romantic. Shauna loved Ridge, but she knew she didn’t stand a chance against Brooke. Even though Shauna was the one who filmed Brooke and Bill’s kiss, she opted not to reveal it because it’d be heartbreaking for Ridge.

But that didn’t stop her friend Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) from using the video to take down Brooke.

Quinn succeeded in her plan of destroying Brooke. With their marriage now over, Quinn has encouraged Ridge to go after Shauna. Upon learning that she was planning to leave town, Ridge tries to stop Shauna. At first, Shauna was hesitant to give in to her feelings, but now she appears to be changing her mind.

The couple decides to head to Vega for some fun and relaxation; however something bigger could happen in Sin City. Vegas is a place that couples visit to elope. So odds are wedding bells could be ringing for Ridge and Shauna? Ridge is still technically married to Brooke, however both of their signatures were on the divorce papers, he just never filed them. Ridge could ask Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to get a quickie divorce, leaving him free to be with Shauna.

On soap operas, things move fast so in a matter of hours or days, Ridge could be divorced from Brooke, then married to Shauna. Of course there’s going to be questions leading to their elopement. One is whether the couple will be drunk when they say their vows. The previews seem to suggest that Ridge and Shauna will enjoy a wild night on the town, which means they may indulge in a few drinks. During a drunken escapade they could wander into a chapel and say “I do.”

However, there’s also the possibility, Ridge and Shauna will be sober when they make the decision to wed. As we’ve seen on other soaps, characters after enter into rebound marriages after having their hearts broken, so the same could be said in Ridge’s situation.

Ridge and Shauna’s marriage would definitely cause shock with the Forrester family. Brooke will be devastated, while Quinn will be rejoicing with the news.
