People across the globe, not only Americans, are feeling the stress and anxiety brought on by the coronavirus pandemic. This applies to everyone, including soaps stars. Amid the panic and the chaos, “General Hospital” star Maurice Benard offers some tips to help deal with the stress of what’s happening these days.
General Hospital News – How To Fight Anxiety
Viewers know that the actor is excited about the release of his upcoming memoir titled “Nothing General About It.” In his book, he detailed his journey in the soap and some of his personal battles and experiences. This includes dealing with mental illness and anxiety, to name a few.
The actor shared a few tips on how to deal with the stress through a video with a caption, “Mental illness-bipolar, Depression, anxiety, etc. When you’re in it seems like you’ll never get out. But you can make the impossible possible @mentalhealthamerica @bpmagforbipolar @mbstateofmind”
In the video, the actor said that he feels anxious too and he deals with it by finding a distraction. Benard admitted that he’s trying a lot of different things to keep his mind off the stress. It seems like it’s working for the actor. As the second video nearly ends, the actor looks more relaxed
GH Spoilers – For Monday, March 23
“General Hospital” spoilers for Monday, March 23 hint that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will be thinking about a certain mystery. In the last preview, he was seen shouting and asking how somebody’s drug got into his territory. With the help of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), he’ll try to find out how Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) did it.

Sonny is still left unaware that Jordan is working with Cyrus. He’s keeping TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and making sure that he’ll eventually return home safely. Jordan will keep his promise and demands that he tells her where TJ is. But it won’t be that easy. As expected, Cyrus doesn’t have any plan of giving TJ back.
Elsewhere, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will ask Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) for a favor. She’ll help Curtis out but doing so will land her on hot water.
Meanwhile, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will run into Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) at Kelly’s. They’ll talk about Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) arrest. Britt will express how disappointed she is with her mother, which will prompt her to ask her what made her be so sure that Liesl is guilty.
