Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Head Writer Shares Deleted Scene of Jack Saying Goodbye to Adrienne

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal last week we saw several flashback scenes, particularly of how Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans) died. However, one scene was cut and head writer Ron Carlivati shared the script after he learned of the scene deletion. DOOL spoilers reveal many Salemites said an emotional goodbye to Adrienne. Even though she was in a car accident with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), nobody knew her injuries were that serious. It wasn’t until she got out of the car and collapsed that JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) realized she was in serious danger.

Once at the hospital, Dr. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) had the difficult task of telling Adrienne’s loved ones that she was dead.

DOOL Spoilers: Justin Kiriakis’ Pain

Fans saw Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) say his emotional farewell. He recalled how it was rare that she was ever speechless. The one exception was when he asked her to marry him again. The memories brought a smile to his face, but at the same time, he was emotionally ripped apart by her death. They were supposed to spend the rest of their lives together.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Jack was also supposed to have a tear-jerking scene. Once head writer Ron Carlivati discovered it had been cut from Friday’s episode, he posted the script on Twitter.

“I don’t know what you think you’re doing. You can’t just check out early on us. You’re the one that holds this family together. Everyone knows you can’t rely on me and Steve. But you… we could always rely on you. Especially when we needed a good talking to. So now what am I supposed to do? Who’s going to keep me in line? Set me straight when I’m being an idiot…”

Days of Our Lives: Judi Evans Returning

The dialogue ends with Jack telling Adriene that he loves her and him collapsing into Abigail DiMera’s (Kate Mansi) arms.

While Adrienne is gone forever, it is teased that actress Judi Evans is coming back one day. Instead of playing Adrienne, she will portray her doppelganger, Bonnie Lockhart. We will have to wait and see what kind of storyline the writers have cooked up for the troublemaking Salemite.
