Young and the Restless star Robert Adamson (Noah Newman) is no longer on daytime television, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been keeping busy. As a matter of fact, the handsome young actor has just booked a brand new role and we’ve got all of the details for you right here. Here’s what you need to know.

According to new reports, Adamson is set to play a character by the name of Rick in Michael Feifer’s latest project called Kissing Cousins. The film is written by Leah McKendrick and was filmed on location in California.

The story follows Jamie Mayfield’s marriage. Her relationship is on the rocks as her husband has been cheating on her. She decides to head up to North Carolina with her 6-year-old son Preston to get away from all of the drama back at home and to reassess her life.

Young And The Restless News – Movie Has Familiar Premise

If the premise for the film sounds familiar it’s because we’ve seen plenty of movies just like this before on both the Lifetime and Hallmark channels, right? Ha!

Adamson will be in good company as other cast members include Emma Bell, Nick Ballard, Bradley Bundlie, Gail O’Grady and Alicia James. Right now there is no debut date for the film but we will keep up you updated once more information rolls in.

Now, as far as Adamson’s future on daytime television, the actor hasn’t made any comments about the possibility of reprising his role as Noah on The Young and the Restless.
