General Hospital Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine's Return Confirmed By Soap Blind Item?General Hospital spoilers tease that a Soap Opera Digest blind item might refer to a General Hospital fan fave! It was recently confirmed that Tyler Christopher’s exit from Days Of Our Lives is permanent.  A recent cryptic tweet from Tyler to Nicholas Bechtel, his GH son Spencer Cassadine, saying “Miss you too bud. We’ll ride again” lends credence to this possible return!

As mentioned in many previous General Hospital spoilers, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has said several times that no body was ever found when questioned about his “murder” of Nikolas. Nikolas had just unsuccessfully faked his own death only a couple of weeks earlier, so Valentin may have helped him fake it successfully.

Spencer makes a huge deal about missing “father” and has frequently warned Valentin he would take him down for it, but Spencer is a smart kid; he might be in on it and know exactly where his “dead” father is and that he’s alive and well!

If that is the case, it is undoubtedly cruel to leave Laura (Genie Francis) and Lulu (Emme Rylan) out of the loop on General Hospital, but the less people that know, the less people there are to have to keep secrets and the less people there are that could let the Nikolas cat out of the bag!

Then again, there’s the mysterious unknown Cassadine hand on the knee of Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck); other General Hospital spoilers for 2019 tease that the mystery of her disappearance and who may be responsible will hover over Port Charles.

General Hospital Spoilers – GH Already Teased A Cassadine Return

It’s a possibility that the recent blindness virus that hit both Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and the investigation into it by Anna, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) may tie into the Cassandra story, and someone will need to own that Cassadine hand; it might just be Nikolas!
