‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers & Recap Friday, April 5: Hope Walks Our On Rafe – Lani Meet Baby David

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap Friday, April 5, 2019, reveals Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) says Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Hartley) did have a baby that Jordan left the baby with a friend.

DOOL Spoilers: Ted Laurant Makes A Move On Hope Brady

Jordan’s baby is about six months old. Rafe tracked down the birth records and brought the baby back to Salem with him. Hope Brady Hernandez (Kristian Alfonso) wants to call child services and turn the baby over to them, Rafe says no. Rafe wants to speak with Jordan to find baby David’s father or next of kin. Hope gets a reminder about her and Rafe’s anniversary dinner today.

Hope wants them to go to dinner, but Rafe wants to let Jordan know the baby is ok first. Rafe tells Hope he wants to be with her tonight. Hope tells Rafe she loves him, but he’s always off with another ex. Rafe says every time he turns around she is off with Ted Laurant (Gilles Marini). Hope needs to figure out if she wants to be in his marriage and she doesn’t know. Hope walks out on Rafe. Hope goes out for a drink and Ted joins her. Ted kisses Hope.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Claire Brady Sets Up Haley Chen

Days of Our Lives’ Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) says he and Haley Chen (Thia Megia) passed their ICE interview. Tripp asks J.J. Deveraux (Casey Moss) about a bachelor party. J.J. questions the lighter in Claire’s jewelry back and mentions how much it is like Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson). Claire wants Haley and Tripp to attend Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford) rally. Haley thanks Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) for everything and they head to the rally. Claire promises to be the angry ex-girlfriend. Claire vows to herself that Haley won’t be back there ever.

DOOL Spoilers: Claire Brady Demands Action

Days of Our Lives’ Claire wants Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) to release the video of Tripp’s confession today. Jack tells Abe Carver (James Reynolds) never to pull the friend card again. Eve tells Jack “Salem will be yours,” Jack says ours and pulls her into a kiss. Eve says he’s looking at the next mayor of Salem and walks off. Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) wants a moment with Jack. Jennifer tells Jack they share kids and grandchildren. Jennifer tells Jack the Spectator is endorsing Jack for mayor. Jack can’t believe Jennifer is ok with Haley using their son and nephew.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Eli Grant Babysits Baby David

Days of Our Lives’ Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) is holding Jordan’s baby when Lani Price (Sal Stowers) walks into the room. Lani asks Eli who’s baby he his. Eli explain he is Jordan’s baby and Rafe asks him to hold the baby until he makes arrangements. Lani holds the baby and asks why his name is, Eli, says David. Lani informs Eli that the baby needs his diaper changed. J.J. sees the baby and asks who he belongs to, Lani says Eli will explain. J.J. brings the lighter to Eli and tells him Jordan may be telling the truth about not starting the fire.

DOOL Spoilers: Sheila Watkins Wants To Play Matchmaker

Days of Our Lives’ Abe joins Sheila Watkins (Tione “T-Boz” Watkins) and tells her what Jack is doing to Haley. Abe tells Sheila he is afraid he will lose this race. Sheila says Abe isn’t a quitter and encourages him to fire Ted. Abe says he would rather have a corrupt blackmailer for a D.A. than a corrupt mayor. Sheila tells Abe she took a Shakespeare class at Statesville and questions how he feels about playing matchmaker. Sheila wants to get Jack away from Eve and push him toward Jennifer; Abe doesn’t want him anywhere near Jennifer. Abe is grateful for Sheila’s help and tells her how much her support means. Abe moves toward Sheila as if to kiss her.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Eve Donovan Turns The Crowd Against Haley Chen

Days of Our Lives’ Eve opens Jack’s really talking about Haley and illegal immigration. Eve singles Haley out of the crowd and has people chanting to send Haley back to China. Eve introduces Jack to the group. Eve starts to play the recording of Tripp confession, and the file is missing. Eve announces instead that she and Jack are getting married.
