“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, June 13, tease that Sharon (Sharon Case) will face some brutal questions and reminders of the past. At the arbitration, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) holds nothing back. He brings up Sharon’s mental illness and the long battle she’s faced. Michael points to the times Sharon was arrested and it comes out that Sharon was at Fairview two years ago.
Sharon insists that she’s in control of her bi-polar disorder, but Michael is able to create some doubt. He naturally mentions how Sharon deceived Nick in the first months of Christian’s (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) life. Michael even accuses Sharon of getting back together with Nick because of Christian.
Next, Brittany (Lauren Woodland) contends that Sharon’s a wonderful mom to her other kids. She adds that Sharon owns a successful coffeehouse and often volunteers at the crisis line. Unfortunately, Brittany’s efforts aren’t enough to overcome Michael’s damage. The arbitrator decides that since Sharon’s living with Nick, Victor (Eric Braeden) should be granted temporary custody.
On the bright side, permanent custody won’t be determined until later. Brittany promises to keep fighting for Nick and his boy. Afterward, a smug Victor says he’ll stop by to pick Christian up soon. Across town, Arturo (Jason Canela) faces another obstacle. A deal falls through, so it seems Victor’s sabotage is still going on.
After getting some guidance from Lily (Christel Khalil), Abby (Melissa Ordway) meets up with Arturo. She gets updates on the latest drama and vows to discuss the matter with Victor. Arturo thinks maybe he should stay away from Abby. He doesn’t want her to get caught in the mess, but Abby has other plans. She reveals that she changed her mind and wants to give Arturo another shot.
Abby notes that she’ll understand if Arturo doesn’t want the same thing. However, he quickly indicates that he does. They share some passionate kisses, so this romance is back on track. Meanwhile, Neil (Kristoff St. John) gives Jack (Peter Bergman) a box containing Dina’s (Marla Adams) diaries. She wrote them in her younger years and they turned up in a Hamilton-Winters storage area.
Jack finds a couple from around the time of his conception. He reads about Dina’s argument with John (Jerry Douglas) and how it led her to fume on the terrace. She met her soon-to-be lover, so they kissed and danced the night away. Jack notes that Dina took a break from journaling, but recapped her steamy Stardust Inn stays a short time later.
When Jack searches for the man’s name, it’s been torn out of the diary. He’s frustrated by another hurdle, but he refuses to give up. Jack vows to locate the missing pages and crack the case. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say some shocking revelations are ahead. We’ll keep you posted other Y&R news and rumors emerge.
