General Hospital Recap Monday, December 10: Kiki’s Funeral – Drew Accepts The Flash Drive

General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, December 10, 2018, reveals Julian (William DeVry) is with Ava (Maura West) and brings her a dress for the funeral. Ava tells Julian she can’t let her go.

Ava Tells Avery About Kiki

Michael (Chad Duell) shows up with Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) and tells Ava they thought it was best she tell her what happened. Julian tells Ava he will call Scott (Kin Shriner) and tell them they are running late. Avery asks for Kiki (ex-Hayley Erin), and Michael tells Ava that Avery thought Kiki would be there. Ava tells Avery there was an accident and Kiki was hurt very badly.

Avery asks if Kiki is ok, Ava tells her Kiki can’t be with them anymore. Ava thanks Avery for coming to visit and then sends her to the elevator with Julian. Ava thanks Michael for bringing Avery by and he tells her he is sorry about Kiki. Michael goes to Avery and Julian comes back inside. Julian is sorry she has to go through this, Ava knows what she has to do.

A Killer Among Us

General Hospital’s Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) is at the funeral and takes a pen. Ryan questions why Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) is there, she is watching for the killer to show up. Jordan and Ryan discuss the case. Lulu (Emme Rylan) speaks to Scott, and he asks when “Kevin (John Lindstrom)” became Ava’s go-to guy.

Lulu tells him when he started sleeping with her and cheating on her mother. Scott confronts Kevin over the badge from the PCPD, Kevin says Jordan thought he might have some insight and he says he knows how killers think. Jordan and Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are outside, and Margaux suggests that Jordan doesn’t know everyone as well as she thinks, and the killer is among them.

Sasha Feels Out Of Place

General Hospital’s Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Sasha (Sophie Mattsson) arrive at the chapel and tell Franco how beautiful the service is; he says it’s not a beautiful as Kiki was. Sasha approaches Griffin (Matt Cohen) and apologizes to him for Ava using her to hurt them. Griffin tells Sasha that Kiki was looking forward to becoming friends and sisters. Liz (Rebecca Herbst) joins Franco (Roger Howarth) and tells him he isn’t alone. Sasha wants to leave, but Nina talks her out of it. Nina believes hearing people talk about Sasha will help her get to know Kiki better.

Drew Show Jason The Flash Drive

General Hospital’s Drew (Billy Miller) doesn’t trust Margaux’s offer of the flash drive. Margaux tells Drew she is willingly giving him this flash drive, his entire past is on it. Drew is fine the way things are, but Margaux puts the flash drive in his hand and tells him now he knows where the memories are when he wants them. Jason (Steve Burton) runs into Drew as he arrives with Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) food.

Drew shows Jason the flash drive. Drew says she must have given it to him out of the goodness of her heart. Drew tells Jason Margaux had it this whole time and tried to get him to go against Sonny to give it to him. Drew tells Jason he wouldn’t go along with her. Jason says if Margaux had been the bigger person she would have turned it over sooner. Drew says now he has to decide what to do with it. Drew doesn’t know what to do with the flash drive, he doesn’t want Jason’s memories, but he also doesn’t want to lose the ones of his kids either. Jason tells him that maybe one day he can use it without risking anything.

Jason Agrees To Help Oscar

General Hospital’s Jason shows up in Oscar’s hospital room. Jason tells Oscar he is honored that he wants him to help but he can’t. Oscar is upset that Jason has refused to be his executor. Oscar tells Jason he can’t ask his parents because it will destroy them. Jason tells Oscar it sounds like she is expecting to die. Oscar doesn’t want to die, but if he does, he wants Jason to take care of things.

Jason agrees only if Oscar promises to draft a new will after he beats cancer. If Oscar dies, he wants something established to help kids with his ELQ stock money. Oscar wants Jason to see that Kim (Tamara Braun), Drew, Scout, and Monica (Leslie Charleston) get one thing of his and wants everything else gotten rid off.

Jason Gives Alexis His Decision

General Hospital’s Both Griffin and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) show up at the chapel; he doesn’t want to go in, Alexis tells him how much Kiki lit up at the prospect of seeing him. Liz checks on Griffin and tells him about Kiki coming to her house recently.

Alexis goes to the hospital with Molly (Haley Pullos) and T.J. (Tajh Bellows) and leaves them there. Jason tells Alexis that he agreed to be the executor of Oscar’s will. Drew is looking at the flash drive when Oscar stirs in his sleep, he covers him up and lays his head on the bed.

Sonny Defends Mike

General Hospital’s Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) get a visit from Marcus (Nigel Gibbs) who wants Mike (Max Gail) kept away from Yvonne (Janet Hubert), he is endangering her life Marcus claims. Marcus is on his way back to Turning Woods to see his wife. Marcus says the disease hasn’t invalidated their vows. Sonny tells Marcus that Yvonne and Mike are just friends who play cards together.

Marcus hopes they are right. Sonny is happy that Mike has someone to talk to and wants him to have a little happiness. Sonny lights a candle and asks for assurance that Morgan (ex-Bryan Craig) and Kiki are together. Sonny asks God to help him trust his mercy and the grace to believe again.

Ava Blames Herself

General Hospital’s Kiki’s memorial service begins with Franco talking about Kiki and how much he loved her. Franco says Kiki loved sunflowers and Kiki was resilient like a sunflower. Franco talks about Kiki taking on Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) and winning. Franco talks about Kiki’s stubbornness, she never once gave up on him. Franco says they are all better people because of Kiki. Griffin gets up to speak, and Ava wants them to stop him from speaking. Griffin talks about Kiki’s support of him and his faith.

Griffin doesn’t know if he has faith in a world without Kiki. His soul is empty without her, and she loved them all very much. Epiphany (Sonya Eddy) sings. Julian looks back at Alexis. Liz comforts Franco. Michael joins Carly and Sonny in the back pew. Sonny stays inside after the funeral and Carly goes out to visit Morgan’s grave. Ava is outside telling everyone to tell her how it should be impossible for her to have a child and loving and sweet as Kiki was. Ava keeps pushing Franco to agree with her. No one will agree with Ava, so she starts to goad Carly.
