General Hospital News: Watch Kristen Alderson Perform National Anthem For Philadelphia Eagles

General Hospital star Kristen Alderson is well known for her acting skills, which she showed off on the ABC soap opera as Kiki Jerome, and before that as Starr Manning.  But, Alderson also is a very talented singer, and that’s something that a lot of GH fans don’t realize.

Alderson is back home in Philadelphia since leaving General Hospital, and if you follow Kristen on social media then you know that she is a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan and very excited about the upcoming superbowl.

Kristen took to Instagram and shared an inspiring throwback video of herself performing the National Anthem at a NFL game.  Alderson wrote, “My brother was in the hospital for the first Eagles game this year. The toughest year of our lives, and the Eagles were there to give us something to cheer about. And by the grace of God, Eddie and I were able to go to a PLAYOFF Eagles game and watch them defeat the Falcons.”

#tbt I don’t think there’s ever been a more exciting day than when I got to live out my dream and sing for my home team at their stadium. Being an @philadelphiaeagles fan means so much more than football. It unites us in a way that I’ve never seen in another city. When I see the @philadelphiaeagles symbol I think “HOME”, every time. I think of everyone I love and care about cheering, chanting, celebrating, and complaining TOGETHER.? I think of becoming friends with strangers instantly because they’re Eagles fans.
